I ran into this last night when trying to get the last couple of days worth of TV and was surprised to find out that any aspect of the site was still actually in Sweden; I'd just assumed everything would be sitting in some obscure datacentre somewhere. Not that I entirely (i.e. even slightly) understand how this stuff works obviously.
