"Hero", but I think that might have just been Chad Kroeger, not Nickelback.

I quite like Nickelback (no, really), but the Nickelback censor Chrome extension (Nickelblock) is rather brilliant.

I'm going to assume that there's been some timing shenanigans there. Because if there wasn't, they should sue themselves for plagiarism.

Old Man Afterthought is considering buying an XBox to play Fallout 3 on as "I spent £8 on it, and it doesn't work with windows 7, and i'm pissed off with having to dick around with the PC everytime I want to play something. Can you find you a way to make Neverwinter Nights to work with Windows 7 as well? Is my graphics card good enough for Skyrim? The adverts look good and I'd have to probably get a new PC to play it so the XBox looks a good deal". He likes the slower FPPs games, as in his words "I'm too old to play the modern games as I like ot be sniper and people jump on my head an call me a faggot in the FPS games" so I've recommended Fallout 3, Skyrim and Fallout New Vegas. Are there any other ones of that ilk that'd suit a 60 year old? NOthing too fast or twitchy. Thanks.

Ouch, sorry to hear that. Went to Job center to get my NI stamp. Whole thing took less than five minutes. Well worth my time, that.

The good news is that my phone has rung a couple of times about jobs. The bad news is, they are in Oxfordshire, as they are using outdated records of theirs.

It's been a while since I last read it, but I'm sure that's in one of the later chapters of 'Scouting of Boys'. Probably after the bit on what to do if you find a corpse ('Signs around a dead body')
