The best I could find was a 17:30 minute version on spotify.
Here: http://open.spotify.com/track/6B8l79CPBMJvhb14CtoCR1 The Orb – Blue Room

I could be being an idiot mind.

I've loaded up inverty.com about 5 times so far without thinking....

In four parts, so not ideal, but it looks like it's all here (haven't played it all through so apologies if there's any problem with it):

I have received a few emails from Jen and Richard, Owen's parents, and thought this should be shared with this forums and the community as a whole:

Quote:
Mimi, please tell everyone that we are overwhelmed with all the postings. Thom, Owen's brother, has put a 76 page PDF on our desktop and we have just been looking through them. There is no way, no way at all, that we can tell you all how much comfort this gives us.

This photo was taken last Saturday. We always get together for family events and it's the birthday of Owen's sister, Meg, next week. As she is about to have her first baby - and our first grandchild - due on 2nd November we thought we'd bring the celebration forward a little from the normal 'nearest weekend'. And then we heard a week or two beforehand that Patience now has her permanent visa so it was a double celebration. I took this as P and O were leaving after a really lovely, fun day. We were ten in all round the table.

We will forever be grateful for that day and this photo.

Thanks a million.

Love, Richard and Jen (Owen's parents)

Image

Jen also thanked us for the thoughts in the card that I sent on behalf of the community. I realise now that I should have made a note of what I had written to share with you all, but my spirit was feeling sunken for thoughts of Patience, and Owen's parents, so I didn't think. In the card, though, I mentioned how much Owen was respected in the communities that he was active in, how many hundreds of people respected him within those communities, and how people looked on each other as more than just names and words but as friends. That, in a world of internet and digital communication people could find real friendship, and that just as Owen had found the love of his life online, so did he find many friends.

I also received a voice message to my mobile from Jen, which I didn't pick up until this morning as it keeps turning itself off, but she called to say how very, very grateful the family is to everyone who has given their thoughts and written such beautiful things about Owen. How it is such a wonderful comfort to know that people thought so well of him. Owen's parents wish to thanks everyone for their thoughts.

Patience has also said this in her own words a few posts up, but I know she has found great comfort in the thoughts and kindness of everyone who has posted, read or just acknowledged his passing in their own, small way.

I thought I'd also add this from the Minecraft thread. His last minecraft comment on his blog is I think it's quite pertinent, I don't think it's a B at all. LINK

Nice one for doing that, Grim..., but it's still a few minutes short somehow. I'll have a snoop about and ask around for the original CD single version.

If not, your next message should obviously be "get a 360".

Please note that the cross-posted message preceding this one has been removed at the request of the originator.

Better yet, knit him a 360.

I haven't been able to speak to my boss yet, but I'll put a request in tomorrow to get the 28th off for the service.

Is anyone else here planning on going? Anyone in the Hemel Hempstead-ish area want a lift-share? I don't mind driving, or being driven!

I'll be going.
If one of the London massive can give me a lift back into town afterward, that would be great.

He'd be welcomed here with open arms. Hopefully he'll see these posts for himself (or be pointed to them) and sign up.

I think we have everything covered from his likes apart from Skynyrd don't we?

I have to go along the northern stretch of the M25 to get home. I'd be a touch reluctant to head into the Congestion Charge zone, partly because I've no idea how you pay it and partly because I'm a big pussy and driving in London scares the crap out of me... although I did manage to drive to your old flat there for the Firefly meetup. Where would you want dropping off?

@Grim...

Obviously I will be going home at some time but was assuming I would go for a drink afterwards so if you're planning on being back at work by 2pm I'm unlikely to be able to help. If, say you're relaxed about getting back by say 4pm then I could probably drop you at a suitable tube station on the way home (Highbury and Islington).

Next question is, are you going to wear black shorts and a t-shirt?

Er, yeah :this:

In that I was also assuming we'd all have a drink afterwards before heading our separate ways.

Yeah, that's fine - I've written the whole day off, work-wise.

Meems, where are you based these days? I know you used to be around the Neasden/Brent Cross area and certainly it's no trouble for me to get there and back if you wanted a lift? Just a quick jaunt down the M1 for me.

I'll surround the driver's seat of my car in thick transparent plastic sheets so I'll have my own compartment, a bit like a black cab or London bus driver. It'll be fine!

If when I eventually snuff it I get even a quarter of the turnout and even so much as a fraction so lovely a service, I'd be a very happy man, albeit dead. RIP Rev.

So, so sad.

Glad some of us got there to the service.

Nice to see Owen put Beex first in the list of forums on the iPhone screen :)
