Yes, it's that time of year again folks where you get to stalk your victim er, recipient and send them something amazing to make their Christmas rawk! :metul:

Rules of the game if you want to play are:

PM me your details(name & address) by December 1st with the subject line 'Secret Santa'.

I will be sending out your recipients details either that evening or the next day, you then have about a week or so to stalk them and buy them something truly amazing!

I reckon try to have your gift sent out by about the 15th of December so it gets there in plenty of time.

You may post in this thread, but you don't have to if you want to remain super secret and stalkerish!
    :ninja:

    I'm thinking of a cost limit of £5 - £10?

Over Christmas you take a photo of your gift and put it in this thread.

Any further thoughts or anything you think I've missed, feel free to post in this thread or drop me a PM. :)

We need a Santa Dimlie...

The "Canary Wharf Christmas Market" is selling chocolate dipped bananas. I'm a little confused.

Right, we can't have this. Chocolate covered bananas are an affront to our esteemed and much respected rating system. This must be stopped!

All of you, meet me in the forum foyer in 20 minutes with whatever you can lay your hands on. We're gonna have a good old fashioned lynching!

Dear good little girls and boys,

The reason that I love receiving so many letters from those on my 'nice' lost is because, like the Royal Mail, sometimes things fall out of my sleigh and get trampled on by my reindeer, and I like to make sure that everything has arrived safely.

Now, it has come to my attention that perhaps some local BEEX Santas are a little concerned over whether the gifts they have sent have been safely received yet. Would those good little boys and girls that now safely have their Secret Santa gifts please consider just writing a little note (in this thread) to say they have been delivered so that all of the worrisome would-be Santas don't have to start questioning Rudolph to see if he noticed a parcel fall off of the sleigh somewhere over the Kent countryside.

Ho Ho Ho, and Merry Christmas!

Postman just came by :)

If my Secret Santa sent something knobbly-shaped in a black plastic bin-bag outer and with an orange address label and teeny tiny hand-writing then it has arrived safely

You are in the back end of nowhere though, they have to wait for a passing bagpiper to wander along to make the last bit of the delivery afaik (you are in Ayr or Stranraer or the like, yes?)

Mine is sent and I have received my presents! Cleverly sent by my secret santa directly from Amazon.

Which I opened because I didn't see it said "secret santa" on the outside of the package so I assumed it was an order of my own. Oops. I should have waited until Christmas. Sorry!

Image

This is much appreciated -- I have one or two of the previous books in this series.

Image

This looks awesome -- it's a half-dozen small packets of sand in various neon colours that can be immersed in water but still come out dry because of some coating they are treated with.

Thank you, secret santa! I shall hold back from playing with the sand or reading the book until Christmas, as some sort of token effort.
