Actually, thinking again...I made 48 on Saturday for a Christening and it took me 4hrs. I don't fancy having to make hundreds.

Although, if it was my job, I'd have a massive floor mounted stand mixer, and cheap numpties to make the cakes. I'd just decorate them.

The shop will have a multi-tray industrial oven etc...

Need to investigate decorating options, as a hand piping bag probably won't cut it!

My sister just had a baby! I'm an uncle again.

Baby weighed a ridonkulous 10lbs 6oz. Yowch.

Note to those of you who know her - I'm not sure if this is public knowledge yet to those outside family, so don't go congratulating or anything. I was just excited and needed to post something.
