Whoooooooooooooo!! Congrats! Buy something fun!
70 lottery tickets would be my purchase, sadly.
In the long run I expect it’ll be mine too.

Just had my performance review at work. We have a rating system of 1 to 5. For the last 4 years I have for a 2. This Yesr I got a 1. Which is quite rare in our company. Quite chuffed

Boss has told me this comes with a 4% bonus. Which is not too bad.

Now do I buy a shed, buy lego or be sensible and pay off my credit card :)
Pay off your credit card.

And I say that as someone with terrible money management skills.
Credit card.

While it's boring, it's the right thing to do.

That is sensible.

Another yay my ex-wife has signed the mortgage papers, she will be taken off the house etc. I feel all grown up having my own house at last :)
Buy a van bigger than Mali's
Buy a van brighter and more colourful than your trainers

That is impossible.

Wanting a nosey I clicked the link and have to complete a captcha screen to even view the (van?), but somehow failed four times to identify what a bus was in a screen of buses.

Why do I need a security check to even view the page?

Oh! Haha :D I wonder why the page is Capcha protected for me?
Same for me. Captchas seem to be getting more complex, that one had two pages!

Maybe we’re on ‘a list’.
BeeX became a Gilbert and Sullivan society sooner than expected.

Yeah, the list of people who will spend at least 4 pages training the model before saying "fuck this for a lark" :D
My friend is visiting Austria (her home country) and is touring around the mountains. On the day she arrived I said that I’d not be able to stop myself Julie Andrewsing the entire place up, and since then she’s sent me pictures of schnitzel, noodles (though not together, she says it would be a very strange combination to have together and you usually have it with dill potatoes), warm apple strudel and now…

Some actual nuns.

My day is made.
How about Nazis, any of those about too?
No, they’re all in our government, sorry.
My mortgage is going to complete on the 24th. The house is officially mine after all this time.

Feels quite exciting.

Yay! Congratulations in tidying up loose ends.
It has taken longer than it should, has cost more money than needed. The mortgage rate is not as good as it was, but yes the house is mine (well will be in 21 years) :)
That's great Kov, nice one. Sounds like an excuse for a beer to celebrate ;)
It will be it has taken since Cottage last year :)
Is this a big stumbling block for you?

I don’t know. I need to wait for my solicitors to hear back from the lenders.
A massive - eugggggh.
I hope it all goes as well as possible and that it isn’t too much of an impact, if any x
It has taken the best part of a year a lot of money so far.

Kinda reminded me why we got divorced.
Finally, as of Monday, the house is mine....

Just to let you know, I have now heard from your lender and they have confirmed that they are satisfied with the arrangements of your ex-wife’s IVA and they are happy to proceed.

As such we are in a position to proceed on Monday.
Nice one. As in, this coming Monday, or the Monday just passed?
Great news Kov. Been a long time coming.

Surgery went really well. I have no restrictions of movement. Just need to take things steady for a few days.
Speedy recovery. Make sure you do take it easy.

I am being told off for moving.
Don’t over do things now and hinder your recovery! Glad the op went well.

It has been known that I'm not one for football, but I really enjoyed this match! It was great seeing the whole team giving it their all and having so many people behind them. Excellent entertainment!
