The wedding was the real problem. A hundred canapes and random drinks, and random food from a buffet, plus a meal, plus being throughly drunk. I gave up
I'm a bit too OCD to approximate, it's all or nothing for me.
Still, I maintained this week! 181lbs even after the week i've had, so yay. Back on it properly today, but without the app. Just watching what I eat and running.
