If you edit the post in question, there's a little tick box for delete, as long as no one has quoted it.
There should also be a little tiny 'x' button above the 'quote' button on the post. Unless that's a mod thing.
That showed up next to 'report' on my last post, but has vanished again. It's not available for the earlier ones, either.
