Every day is Wednesday now.

I'm the one walking away from the camera looking like someone just stole my teddy, this was after about 2.5 hours of fire fighting 2k up a hill. After this pic several re ignitions occurred, burnt about 100 acres of hillside and lasted longer than 7 hours. I can't describe how exhausting it is walking in heavy, insulated fire kit, carrying heavy beaters while literally standing in a fire.

50 fire fighters in unavoidable close contact during a pandemic isn't great so any wealthy landowners lurking on beex: please don't attempt controlled heather burning in high winds on hot days after days of no rain while carrying no beaters, on your own. You fucking idiots.

Jesus, I thought this pic was a blast from the past!
I see your problem, you need way more water than that. Try a hose rather than a bottle.
It's a great photo. The B&W really adds to the composition. Thanks for posting it.

Blame the panic buyers. That’s all he could get.

They’re all Sundays now.
Doing the hobo look.
Beard starting to itch, but not getting rid of it just yet.
Beards only itch if they’re too short
PARTY WEDNESDAY
My fringe has officially reached 'in my glasses' stage.
Already in need of a haircut*, but at least I'm getting through my Mega Drive and Master System backlog ready for when the site relaunches.

* Looking forward to this thread over the coming weeks to see the overgrown hair and attempted self haircuts. :)

If now is not the time to experiment with cutting your own fringe then I don’t know when it ever will be. Cut into it vertically, tousle, then do it again. What’s the worst that can happen?

Heh, if I were able to stay at home I would 100% agree. I've been popping into work to help out with a few bits though. I already feel like an idiot half the time, I don't need to look like (more of) one too. :D

I need a shower.

Please note: my lovely Switch above my head. I'm not getting any drift on the button thankfully.
Wooo! THROUGHSILVER!!!
Yay! I'm old.

How are you?
Good thanks mate.
What have you been up to? Been quite a while!
It has. Many years, I think. Been up to to lots!

PM?
No, Boris is PM
It was close though. It was Z's for the taking but the infighting and pie in the sky economics let him down.
Looking professional at work

I thought it was the Sun’s exclusive of the technical fly tipping scandal that swung it towards Boris on polling day

You could be right. Murdoch's rags have always had it in for Z.

Their "Gotcha!" headline above a grainy snap of him elbow deep in number 12's recycling will live long in the memory.

It's ideal hair to teach him about Van de Graaff machines.

Terrorist watch

That was my watch of choice until I could no longer read the time without glasses, at which point I had to change to analogue watches as I could tell the time by the position of the hands even though I couldn’t read the numbers.
This is my working Wednesday photo. I've not really been in the mood to do much this week, but I'm feeling motivated today, so my phone is going on silent and no internet until lunchtime. :)
Love the ears...
You should get Joans to add some electrical lights to those for extra sparkle.
The sparkle is your hair on fire.
