You need to find the sauce equivalent of white wine for red wine stains. I suggest you go in the kitchen and begin experimenting.

Do they still advertise didi7 ? By the looks of the ads, that stuff could remove everything.
Take it to the dry cleaners - any kind of rough agitation on a wool/cashmere blend in one particular spot will matt (felt/full) the fibres together further and it will be noticeable in texture. Spot cleaning by dabbing (never rub) might work, though I have no idea what kebab sauce is (apart from a euphemism, perhaps?) Seriously, though - if it is a decent coat then you are better off just paying for dry cleaning than any home methods. Do not use stain devil on a wool and cashmere coat.
