So who's got snow?

2 inches of it here in South Staffs. I managed to sneak a small handful down Helen's back while she was eating breakfast :D She gave me such a belting.
Had a fair bit here in Stoke - took me a good while to get all the snow off the car.
Some in Kent. It's settled everywhere except the roads and pavements.
Good few inches of snow in Swindon, thankfully melting quite rapidly.
Yay!

Though mostly all melted now.

MR JUST A CARROTS AND TWO LUMPS OF COAL LEFT FACE
We've had a little—tiny—bit, looking at my lawn this morning. Just what you need when you're still mildly pissed off about being back from your snowboarding holiday, this is.
Not been at that music/snowboarding festival thing in Austria have you? A couple of mates went there.

Nah, I was in Switzerland & France. Not simultaneously, mind, but I was very able to hop back and forth. There weren't any guards to punch me at the tops of the mountains, either. I got so very many text messages from Orange telling me the tariff for whichever country I happened to be in that block of five minutes.
3 inches in South London and still falling.

And yesterday I planted out all my tender plants that were being kept sheltered. Oh, and bought a barbecue.
Hmm, it's incredibly lovely and sunny here in Cardiff. Most odd.
It's a lovely sunny day here in Southampton.

Well, a sunny day.
About two inches in South West London. I started a time-lapse recording in case the snow fell last night, so yay me! I'll let it run until tomorrow, probably.
None in Norfolk. I am not amused.
In fact, the sun's coming out again...

We had about 47 flakes in Norwich about an hour ago. Could have been 48.
A few slight sprinkles here, nothing laying though.

Of course it would start as I was on my way back from the shops.
Snowing here in Middlesbrough, though i wish it hurry up would lay properly so i can get the sledge out.

And the snow you've just had is now landing on my house, bah. It was lovely and sunny this morning.
Stop stealing my snow!
In the absence of Pupil, I will mention the flakes that are falling with some intent in Leeds, only to melt upon impact.
A sprinkling of snow. At 9:30 ish. (I got phoned up, look! Snow outside!) Didn't settle. :(

Certain areas of Germany have been snow-tastic over Easter. :)
Aha!That's more like it.It's laying good and proper here now.
Snowing in Teesside but not laying near my house.
Hollocks! You're from Teesside, too?

Where abouts, who are you, etc?
Do you have a dog, or cat?

I sort of lurked on WoS from time to time over the last 2/3 years, then made the journey across to here. Also decided to stop being a silly lurker and post a bit and stuff.

We should form a super cool teesside gang and type in a funny accent that nobody else can understand.Yeah.
Definitely! Like.
Woke up to a fair bit, then it thawed, then we're had flurries off and on all day.

I too was in Teesside, until last July.
It's snowing outside now, but it's been on and off since last night apparently.
no snow here, but we get thunderstorms for the rest of the week.
The London snow:

I have learned: Clouds can go in different directions (seriously, WTF?) and to turn the auto-focus off.
*Weeps*

I've seen rain..some sun..a little more rain..
I was the first person to see the snow here in Warwick on Sunday morning. I was in the office as it started, and when I headed for home at 4am it was inches thick, fine and totally unspoiled. It was gorgeous, and I felt conflicted about walking in it - I love the unspoiled effect but it was fun making the first footprints, too. I walked home mostly in the roads, crossing parks, housing estates and canals (snowy locks in near darkness are brilliant) and kept stopping to just marvel at it all falling around me in silence and darkness. There's a park near my new house surrounded by trees, with one lone tree in the middle of it all. I stood on a hillock and just gazed at the snowy swings and slides and trees all fading into the dark.

I heartily endorse snow as our next Prime Minister.
