This is really wild, especially since he was commentating on the ashes not too long ago.

That is a crime (unless season 2 onwards of SOAH got much better than season 1)

Nooooo. We were watching Come Outside only a year or so back.
Ohhh… Sesame Street’s ‘Luis’ has died.

I always thought that Luis was his real name. He had the nicest face. So warm.
Rassler Scott Hall.
Foo Fighters drummer and all-round excellent chap Taylor Hawkins ☹️
Taylor Hawkins is my hero... I'm devastated.
I heard over breakfast this morning. Gutted. Supposed to see him in June. :(
That sucks.

When we were kids my aunt used to live on Woodmansterne Road in Streatham Vale. June would drive by every day at around 5 in her Nissan Micra with a fag in her hand waving at us.
I don't imagine there are too many WWII veterans left in the UK any more - the very youngest you could be is early 90s.
If you assume the youngest soldiers were 18 in 1939, then they would be 101 this year
18 in 1944, surely?
Even then, my grandad was actually 15-16 when he enlisted, but he isn't around anymore so it's a moot point!

Yes, you're right. The youngest would have been the late joiners. Still, 95+ at a minimum.

My Grandad would've been 41 in 1939!
Harry Patch got to 111, so we’ve probably got a decade or more before the last WW2 veterans go.
*cough cough* there was some scores to award for june brown. *ahem*

Another huge shock, though my heart rate settled down a little when I saw it was from a car crash. It's a bit weird hearing about these "not famous to all that many people" because the context is far from clear - first thing I saw was a long thread about his greatest hits, which I thought was a lovely positive thing. Then found out why it was there. Gah.

Ah, jeez. I didn't hear about this while we were away, so this is the first I saw of it. What a pisser.
Ah fuck, Ray Liotta gone at 67.
But what about Ray Liotta?
