@Grim... Yes. The trick I learned off t'internet is to put a strip of kitchen towel folded in half near the top - it catches nearly all the dust. I've sealed >70kg of flour with our £25 unit and it hasn't failed - to be honest I'm more concerned by delicious meat juice.
The last two days were pretty unexceptional. Not bad, totally drinkable, but nothing special.

Flat tire is great, so long as you've not had anything too malty/bitter beforehand.
Unlike that Brooklyn Special Effects, which can also be great but I find has to be freezing cold and accompanied by something sweet because it's a chewier experience than watching something with Tim Curry in.
