I've taught myself 3 chords on the Ukelele. C,F and G.

Don't think I need any more
Yesterday I had my meetings for this week cancelled, meaning I can work from home today.

We've had our flooring samples arrive, and I think I've already chosen our flooring. :)

I'm trying to shift my core demographic to a more millenial crowd, fam.
Having a chill in the park.

Car is being serviced and limited with options.

It is a bit cold but it is really relaxing.

I read this as three distinct reasons to be happy.

You only need three chords to be a one hit wonder.

2. I have ordered a new coffee table meaning I'll finally be motivated to remove the crap from the old one.
3. I'm pleased with how well my draw-the-art round worked last night and everyone's clear enjoyment of it.

4. I just looked out of my window and saw six birds on my two feeders, and four more nibbling up the ground seed.
Not a euphemism...

TEEX
Our car passed its MOT and it was all done with the minimum of contact and exposure to germs.
I should do this:

1st Lilt Zero was £1.00 for 2l bottles in Co-op
2nd BeEx Quiz night
3rd Was able to go on an evening walk and hit my daily step target (starting the app on my Fitbit synchronised successfully to Strava too)
4th My daughter successfully self-administered a covid test (apparently we get emailed the results at some point)
I did my personal best 'one sided planks' today! 1 minute on first side then 50 seconds on the other. Could only do 30 seconds each side last week.

Trying to improve my core to help my back.
Been given 6 bags of sci-fi books.

They include battle tech and a lot of games workshop.
I’ve finished painting all of the woodwork in Darwin’s room. I hate that bit.
I am really loving all the posts. All the little joys.
Cor! Post pics of the GW books please

I will once I had chance to sort them. It is a lot of books
Never joined in with the dance along to Boothby Graffoe, but tonight I did, and it was joyous. Next solo gig on Thursday 11th at 8, £5, if you fancy some of that lovely energy.

Two weeks JSA dropped into the bank today, so it's party time!

Nice! I don’t think I could manage that, my whole body starts to shake when I try a one minute plank :DD
Yeah, when I first started trying them I was shaking like a shitting Chihuahua.
I did another HIIT workout last night even though I’d flirted with the idea of taking a rest day. It was probably the toughest yet with loads of squats and lunges while holding weights or incorporating bicep curls and a tricep exercise that was really tough. I think my body has been trying to kid on it’s defective and was shipped without triceps so that was definitely a wake up call. Feel great after as usual and we’d planned to make a burger if we did the workout. When we played up I was looking at a portion of a burger that looked pretty tasty and a meagre amount of sweet potato chips but it tasted like absolute heaven and it was all balanced for my macros and 100% on plan.

Then we treated ourself to a couple of beer since neither of us had work today.

I am loving how much I’m enjoying these HIIT sessions.
I had one Xbox controller with a sticky A button and another with a non working headphone jack. Fixed them both. Hooyah
Just had my call to go and get my COVID jab next Friday!
Just had my COVID vaccination. I didn't get a sticker, so Joans bought me a chocolate orange instead. Winning! :D
I got a sticker. It's not a bible reference, but a note of the time I was allowed to leave i.e. as I was driving they wanted to make sure I was OK.

5. Day off, so got up later than normal, cooked cheeseburgers for breakfast, cleared and dismantled the old coffee table, and built a new one.
Cheeseburgers for breakfast! I like your style Kern.
I was out of champagne.
The correct door handles and a new door mat. Looks a lot better.

Be careful, every rose has its thorn.
I can't remember which thread I originally mentioned this in but I changed some capacitors on my original Xbox last night so now I can play on it without the fear of it slowly dying inside.

6. Marked the space I wanted to develop in my garden out with weed fabric, developed a plan for it, and ordered the planter kit I need.

Clemetis are very vigorous and easy to look after climbers
6. Finally finished Joan's a pair of wearable superhero boxers, and most of a pair of PJ bottoms with pockets!

Thanks. I will have a look.
Yes, I've had success with clematis several years in a row. Which reminds me, I need to fix the wires that hold mine to the fence....
