Yeah very sad.
Yeah, that's a real fucker :(

Grew up listening to him.
Now he's decomposing. A hahaha
Aw, Max was ace-best! Still, good innings.

If you haven't seen Seventh Seal by the way, definitely watch it. So much more than a parody of Bill & Ted's Bogus Journey.
Albert Uderzo

I have so much fondness for the Asterix books.
Aw man, good innings though at 92.
Nooooo! The maker of the best three Lovecraft films, Stuart Gordon

Aw. Hate it when a good filmmaker carks it.

Dimmers, have you see Carpenter's 'In the Mouth of Madness' starring Sam Neil? It's a 1994 Lovecraftian horror movie, not based on the Lovecraft lore itself but with a fun creepy alternative. Bit of Quatermass mixed in there as well.

"Do you read Sutter Cane?"

Natch :) Oddly I was only thinking aboot that last night when trying to sleep. How that and Prince of Darkness are pretty incoherent in their plots but make up for it in atmosphere.

I only know him as Bill from Succession. Minor role, but he was fantastic in it.
Aww, Bill Withers.
That's sad :(

I remember as a kid going two hours on the bus to get to the only swimming pool at the time in London with a wave machine. The Latchmere? something like that. Every time I went there they would play that song, over and over. Happy times and a great song.

Great singer. Punchline to a great joke
How do you turn a duck into a soul singer?

I just had a proper Mandela Effect moment. Could have sworn Stirling Moss died earlier this year
Nope. Definitely alive up until the point he was dead Which was today.
To clarify, he also wasn't alive before he was conceived.

So that's just Barry Cryer and Graeam Garden from the original ISIHAC lineup left.
Shit. We'll never hear Lady Constance de Coverlet again.

I saw him a few times at recordings of I'm Sorry I Haven't a Clue and always left the theatres with face ache from the relentless laughter.
Stirling Moss as well.

I bet the fuzz still say, "Who do you think you are, Stirling Moss?" to a lot of speeders they stop.
Peter Bonetti. Hell's teeth, my childhood heroes are dropping like flies.
Worst fucking hat trick ever.

HARUMPH :(
