Before I waste money buying them for no reason has anyone already got Switch games Towerfall or Crawl? I think they’d be fun multiplayer games.

I also think Smash Bros or Arms would be good but they’re out of my price range, sadly.
I have Smash and I’m bringing my Switch.
Is anyone volunteering to bring a dock?

I assume we’ll have plenty of controllers to go around?
Considering I have two docks, it would be churlish not to bring one.
Gah... A chance to play Smash with other people. I'm going to miss the cottage so much this year.

You guys enjoy, I'll be making sure this stays alive.

Congratulations so much :)

Hope everyone is doing well. ❤️

“Changing games by plugging a different Switch into the dock” is the new “changing games by plugging a different cartridge into the slot.”

I really do think it’s my favourite console in a very long time.

Is there a quiz this year? If so, may I donate clutter a prize or two?

If there isn’t then I have wasted my time writing one.

I refuse to believe that you have started to write one before Saturday afternoon. :D
Like salmon swimming upstream.

It Is Time.
Feels a week too early for some reason
Wait...it's THIS weekend?

No, next weekend. See you then
In my diary it's next weekend... Just saying like
I’ve had a neck/shoulder pain for the past week and a bit which I thought was getting better but last night went full throttle.

I am now struggling to move about and certainly can’t drive, but hopefully I’ll be alright as a passenger with Jem behind the wheel.

Assuming that it keeps giving me this level of crap over the weekend, I apologise in advance for being a grumpy cunt - or more than usual, anyway.

My Bucket of Doom seems to have gone missing. :(

Looks like I might need a new ally for Team Not Matt in the World Series of Beer Pong.

Well plaid
Have just been to Asda for communal stuff:

Oranges
Limes
Bacon & sausages
Butter
Milk
Bread rolls
Crisps
Tea bags
Coffee
Sugar
Toilet paper
Chilli sauce, ketchup, brown sauce
Kitchen towel
Washing up liquid
Sponges
Bin bags
Kitchen spray
Ice
Do I need to bring the 12 pints of milk, 2 slabs butter ,30 dishwasher tablets, tea and coffee I picked up this morning?

:)
Friday at Cottage X was brought to you by the word "puckered".
I'm sitting next to a right loser
Pizza & chef meal payment: £12.50 per person please
(If you got pizza but don’t want chef meal - Malc? - it’s £8.50)

PayPal or bank transfer, details in the user-only forum
Or cash, if you must...

(Make sure you let me know you’ve paid so I tick you off.)
Paid mine and Jem’s, cheers.
Just paid for me and Mop. Looking forward to dinner tonight already :droool:
Grim... Has mine and Donnas contribution for you doc
Quiz champion!

cc @cras
Home already, shame Donna had to work otherwise we would have loved to stay.

Had a great time as always, and a huge thankyou to everyone for being so welcoming to Donna, she had a great time too.
Sorry to miss you guys leaving! Great to see you, glad Donna enjoyed herself, she was ace!
Hey all, thank you for having me yesterday. I had a pretty awesome time. :luv:

Finally got home at 3am as the M1 southbound was closed... Sorry I didn't stick around, I would have had to leave early this morning anyway as I had left the cat in. So it made more sense for me to head home and get a decent nights sleep and have a lie in instead.

Props to the Doc for setting up The Sprawl, I didn't get chance to finish the game unfortunately, but really enjoyed what I did get to play. /psychopathic killer :ninja:

Curio - thank you so much for being the best and sparkliest quiz master! Also for running the mafia games, I was still chuckling at Myp actually being the Doctor driving home. :DD

Grim..., Craster and Rich, the food was amazing - thank you so much for all of your hard work. I was quite full!

Jacket - thank you for the Gin, I liked it anyway!

Jem - thank you for being kind enough to share your room with me. :luv: I'm sorry I missed Gaz though.

I hope that everyone who is ill and couldn't be there feels better soon too. :spew:

It was so lovely to see everyone again and to meet Donna too.

I'm sure I could say something about everyone (but I'm binging on some Netflix while Joans is away). You guys are awesome and I'm looking forward to cottaging again next year for the whole weekend next time.
Someone appears to have taken my toothbrush & toothpaste from the shared bathroom in the little cottage. You probably don't want to use that...

Just chuck the toothbrush, I need a new one anyway.
