When i was a teacher of 5th grade on 2010, the kids had a class every 15 days or something to educate them on how to use the internet. They learned how to deal with "trolls", "griefers", how to use social media and so. I was really impressed on how forward thinking that was. I'm pretty sure those classes were eliminated with the austerity measures...
