My thinking was that we should unpack it and move it piece by piece into the shed and assemble it there. On unpacking it, in the hall, I found that the chassis contains most of the weight, and it's still too heavy for me to lift. I'm going to have to give this some thought.

I have an 8 bulb light fitting to finish wiring up, and the provided bits and instructions make nothing like electrically safe sense; so I bought this, because for pennies more I also get the multimeter I need but have forgotten why!

Possibly, but in the end I used a trolley to get it to the back door, then my daughter and I did a two-person lift to get it to the shed, where I assembled it. We have to run an extension cable from the garage to power it, but it IS working. If we use it with the door open, we have a wonderful view of the shrubs on the opposite side of the garden.

I’ve bought a couple of things over the last couple of months. Nothing as big as a new carpet, or sofa, but nice little additions.
I got this just yesterday and it’s fab.
It’s an SD card reader that plugs into my phone. I’ve not been using my camera for the last couple of years as my 11 year old Mac has stopped recognising the card and is so slow that even if I do manage to get the pictures it takes hours to do anything with them. Now I can just import them to my phone. I tried it yesterday and it is magic. I can use my camera again
A few weeks ago I also treated myself to a big treat. I bought a gimbal to use with my phone.
I got it second hand (£50) to use to make little videos. It’s so clever and I love it. It’s certainly not something that I ‘need’ (hence it feels like a big treat for the cost), but it’s a lot of fun.
I just need to find the confidence to use it when we go to nice places now, instead of just around the garden.
I got this just yesterday and it’s fab.

Yeah, it's a pretty hefty increase over the Mini 2 but with my track record, I don't trust myself without the collision avoidance
The AIO remote is pretty neat, basically a little Android device with their app pre-installed. You can get a remote that has a connector for your phone etc. but I'd rather have a display that doesn't get interrupted by distractions like phone calls and texts etc.

Apparently yes, although I haven't tried that out yet. It also does "predefined" camera movements, like I can tell it to focus on me and then do a spiral movement up and around me.

Yeah, for anything under 250g the rules are a lot more lenient. Still need to register with the CAA though, as this has a camera.
