No, the Demo Discs are demo discs:

I didn't realise they'd released a proper demo for the full game, though the original one's still worth playing I think.
Just read the first review of Deracine (the PSVR exclusive game from FromSoftware, the Dark Souls/Bloodborne studio) and...it's not good:

Go for it, you won't regret it, there's loads of brilliant stuff on there.

Would the dual-dildo be the bundle to go for?
Yeah, probably. You might want some eventually and they're about £60.

Cool, cheers. Will open negotiations my lovely Barnier tonight.
Get the technodicks. Always get the technodicks.

Negotiations with Madame Barnier progressed very well. Techno dicks, here I come.

Technodick bundle sold out. I'm technodickless.

Same bundle is available at game for 230, which doesn't seem too bad.

Right, in techno dicked up (though can't play it till xmas). Is there a post that contains the most worthwhile vr titles as decided by beex?

Have a read of page ten.

Nice, thanks.
VR Titles that have blown my mind:

Superhot (£15-ish): Fucking essential. Seriously. If you only get one game get Superhot. Technodicks required. You’ll wish every game was Superhot.
Rush of Blood (£15-ish): One rails (literally) shooter that’s fucking awesome. Technodicks not required but improves the experience no end.
The Last Guardian VR (Free): If you love The Last Guardian then pretend to cry like a baby as you ride the giant cat bird dog thing. Pad only.
Kitchen demo (Free): An essential 5 minute tech demo. Get friends and family to have a go.

I haven’t played anything else more worthwhile than those. Those are the essentials. These are the worthwhile picking up pile.

I Expect You To Die (£15-ish): Puzzle-room game. I don’t normally enjoy puzzle room games but I bloody loved this. Not really essential but very good. Technodicks required.
Trackmania: If you’ve got Trackmania (if was free on PSN a while back. I hope you picked it up) there’s a VR section. It’s brilliant.

Thank you! Going to trawl black Friday for these.
VR digital games go on sale on PSN a lot, so well worth keeping an eye over the coming week.
Astro Bot, wipeout, ultrawings, superhot, vr worlds is worth getting hold of too.

Astro Bot and wipeout are the best ones though.
Cheers, got astrobot in the bundle, will keep an eye out for others. Super hot is 12 quid at the moment so bagging that.

Also, sat, presumably you're trolling with The Kitchen and family schtick?

It's utterly brilliant, but yes, not for the family.
Not for kids sure, but wives and parents: absolutely. Especially if said wives aren’t gamers.
Do pay attention to if you start feeling woozy and don't try and tough it out. Stop playing until the feeling goes. Games where you aren't moving around too much are good ones to start with, Astro Bot is ideal, Superhot should also be fine.
No one has said BatMan!

I love the BatMan game.
Headset, camera, technodicks, VR Worlds and Astro Bot for £209:

I think it is £179 in game at the moment

The hardware included in that is just the Starter Pack, no Move controllers which would add another £70 on. It does include RE VII but that doesn't make up for it in terms of cost.
Cheers, just saw it flash up on FB...
No stock available for delivery, no stock in any stores around me either. I got up to a 50 mile radius before giving up :D
Huh, I didn't even realise Space Pirate Trainer was heading to the Playstation but it's already out:

It’s a lot of fun for a baby’s toy (you have to use your hands)
Oh look! I've started a meme! :D
Rush VR is decent fun. It's a wingsuit flying game, either single player or online you hurtle down the sides of mountains and flying as close as possible to things earns you boost. Good sense of speed and whatnot and with a ton of control options. Although the default move controllers work well it's absolute murder after about ten minutes so I just went with tilting my head about.
Opening my PSVR Xmas gift early tonight so I can get it ready for family shenanigans for Xmas. It says very clearly that children younger than 12 shouldn't use it. Anyone flouted that rule with any success?
It’s mostly over-cautiousness on Sony’s part and nothing much to worry about. Here’s some actual experts: https://www.digitaltrends.com/virtual-r ... e-experts/
Yeah, it's a "we don't know if VR causes problems with young kids eyesight, so best be on the safe side" warning, as I understand it.

My 7yo loves it.

Don’t let her play much, but she plays Beat Sabre from time to time, and I will play Astro Bot Robot Rescue with her too.
You might find it difficult to get it tight enough on their heads.
Cheers folks, was hoping that'd be the case.

Also please don't sue us because your precious angel is a fucking bellend who'll knock shit over and hurt themselves.
My daughter completely face-planted off the sofa with my PSVR headset on. It was fucking hilarious. She was being the cat trying to catch mice on one of the demo games.
Bit weird that you’ve attached it to a massive stand, but each to their own.

Ha! Hadn't noticed that. I'm very much a helicopter parent.
I am now in possession of the plaggy tube gun!

Which also means I’ve been playing Firewall and, frankly, it’s amazing. It’s like Rainbow Six Siege but paired down to the barebones - PvP 4v4 online fights with guns trying to secure/protect a laptop or PvE secure/protect a laptop. They sure love their laptops.

Communication is absolutely essential as your band of fannies infiltrate a variety of bases. It succeeds being more of a proof of concept than a long term thing but it’s absolutely fun as shit in these early days of mainstream VR gaming.

I tell you what though, the image sure suffers from being a bit blurry on the PSVR. I haven’t played in a while and it took a while to get used to a less than stellar image.
I'm part of the gang!
Back at work today when I have 3 new games to play :(

Wipeout Omega Collection / Rez Infinite / Ultrawings
Have a lend of Astro Bot too if you like.

I'm getting pretty hyped for Ace Combat, although the VR mode is only about three hours everyone seems to come away pretty impressed from previews and it does have free flight so that'll keep me happy for a while. Ideally I'd want Birds Of Steel to be remade for PSVR, though.
