I just don't think he'd bother himself.
Stu had an account on here before.

about 3-4 years ago I think

It's possible he forgot the details to that and signed up again

Sure the old one was 'kindly old uncle stu' or similar and he showed up the weekend of an event (cottage or BBQ) so there was not many people around

Cottage gear sorted... :)
Only one way to find out...

I thought Stu had died in a chemical fire (throwback to forum before the forum before this forum, but not the newsgroup)

Didn't the Four Cyclists of the Apocalypse do for him?

But if it really is :attitude:, he could come to the Cottage and we could all play 'Kick Off 2' on the telly.
Is there a telly there?

Odd, I've never spotted it.

In the room between the lounge and the Kitchen (where Grim... keeps his red stripe fridge) I think there is one there. Can't think of any others though.

Fruit Forums is gone now, the domain expired earlier in the year. Technically speaking it was still up and running but was basically a ghost town. Fruit machine emulation lives on at several other forums though.

To this day there are some machines that have never had updates to their 'Nicky Special' DX layouts.
Didn't we create Stu an account in case he wanted to join us? That might have been Bistro though

Anyway, hi Stu, or high-larious japester. Whichever.

Yup.

It was more to stop people signing up and being stupid than in case he wanted to join us (although we'd have handed it over if he'd wanted it, of course).
I'd actually forgotten about Bistro.

Is it still 'on'?
I too have forgotten... or never knew about it. What was it?
It was the panic room everyone jumped into before this place.

It was very dramatic.
As suspected, it's not "our" Rev.

YOUR MODS WILL SOLVE THIS ISSUE
Perhaps he's regenerated into an angry Scotsman or something.

And make the Mexicans pay for it!

Interesting. I know nowt about any of this case, but I have to say that on the face of it I agree with Stu on this one.

What he said wasn't very nice, but I also don't read that as homophobic.
Is implying that a homosexual man can't have children, homophobic?

I guess that is going to the crux of the issue.

I think he's saying his son wouldn't have been conceived because he'd have been having sex with men instead. So basically saying it's a shame he was born.

Not sure it's homophobic either.

Sort of, the issue is whether being called homophobic defamatory. She’ll have a defence if she can prove that his comments were homophobic and/or that he is homophobic. I suppose, but I’m not too clued up on defamation, she could bring in any other vaguely homophobic comments he’s made in the past which would also be relevant.
Regardless of the merits of the defamation case, he should still lose on the grounds of being a mahoosive cuntweasle.

Yeah, I totally get that, but that has the underlying assumption that being gay means you can't have kids, which could be argued as homophobic.

I don't think it is, but I can see the argument that will be used.
