Is this another one of your rebranding efforts?

CM 2 CTTG
Not for sale, but for free. Well, you'll have to pay postage.
I'm clearing stuff out that I had in the loft. So, I have the following consoles to give away.
Chipped PS1, it'll play stuff from any regions. A couple of memory cards and some controllers, think I have some games, but there won't be many — if I can even find them. I'll need to check it actually still works.

Black GameCube, some controllers, Resi 4.

N64, with memory expansion. A few controllers. No games I don't think.

Model 2 Saturn. A couple of controllers, a few games... Daytona, Sega Rally, VF2
Saturn please. :)
N64 stuff please :)

Send me your address. I'll try and get it in the post next week.

Fantastic! Thanks loads.. If no one else wants the Gamecube, could I take that as well please? Of course, if anyone else wants it then they can.

Nope, first dibs. Happier to make fewer trips to the PO. Address?

That shortcut change caught you out already?
Does anyone have any use for any of this?

Pokemon seems to be worth about £15, Tetris £5, but the rest can be had for postage.
Interested in DS games. Can't work out what you have from picture. List please?
I’d like brain training ones! But I ain’t got a DS.
I found some more:

DS:
Mario Kart
Both Lego Harry Potterses

Pokemon White
Guitar Hero On Tour with controller
Guitar Hero On Tour Decades
Happy Feet
Maths Training
Solitaire
King Kong
Playground
More Brain Training
Mindstorm

Gameboy:
Tetris
Pokemon
Batman

Gameboy Color:
Buffy the Vampire Slayer
Crazy Castle 4

Gameboy Advance:
Disney Princess

A scratched up tribal GBASP is also available.
I'd like Batman and the gbasp, please, if you really don't want them?
MrD wrote:

Sure. PM me your address and I’ll let you know how much postage is.
I'd find a home for the Gameboy color games if you're wanting to get rid of them?
Spring Cleaning time! (it's still March, right?)

I've decided it's time to get rid of a few of my old and neglected consoles in the hope that they will go to a better home, so I'm currently going through everything and once I've worked out exactly what I've got, whether it actually works, and whether it's worth any reasonable amount of cash, I will post the details on here for people to grab.

First up is a New (as in the new model, it's not brand new) Nintendo 3DS - this comes boxed, with Animal Crossing Happy Home Designer cover plates, a 64 GB micro SD card, a third party charger (well a USB cable that fits and a plug), and a stylus, as well as Animal Crossing Happy Home Designer pre-installed (because I've factory reset it, it's not installed, but if you go into the eShop, it's available as a redownloadable title).
Looking in the box, there's also a DJ KK Slider Amibo card (unopened), and all the instructions and what-not.
It also has CFW/Luma installed for all your yar-related needs (again, because I've factory reset there are a few hoops to go through if you want to set this up, but it's not hard to do).

Looking on ebay, these are going for around £100-ish, so I will happily accept a bit less (or fewer) to avoid having to deal with ebay. I will post some photos if anyone wants any.
Next up is a slim PS3, which I think has a 320GB hard drive (shows 298GB capacity in system settings) and has had Rebug CFW 4.81 installed (again for all your yar-related needs, but I only got as far as installing Retroarch on it, and it wasn't very good, so I gave up). I'll throw in a power cable, hdmi cable and maybe even a network cable.
I've also got 3 pads (one is labelled as Dual Shock 3 Six Axis, the other two just Six Axis - I'm not very well up on my PS3 stuff, so not sure what the difference is, but I'm guessing the DS3 one is "better").
I've got some games lying around somewhere - Need for Speed Underground, and Ridge Racer 7 (I thought I had a few more, but maybe I got rid of them).

These seem to go for about £75-ish on ebay, so again, feel free to offer less, and if you want photos or me to test anything, just let me know.
Sold!

White DS Lite, comes with a Cyclo DS card with 4 GB micro SD (yes, there's a theme here), charger and extendable stylus.
Also a G6 flash cart that sits in the GBA slot - I have no recollection of how this works, but I'm not sure where the GBA cover slot is, so I may as well leave it in there.

Happy to let this go for the cost of postage.

More to come, but I need to do more testing.
Sold!

PS2 stuff, which I'm struggling to test all of.
A fat PS2 (purchased in 2002) which was pre-modded (Lik Sang, God bless their souls), but I'm not entirely sure what with. I removed the RGB DVD green screen fix at some point as that seemed to stop the component cable working. I have a vague memory of it not being able to play original dual layer PS2 games (which does seem to be an early modchip issue, but is potentially the laser).
It comes with two original memory cards, one of which has Free McBoot installed, so the modchip is kind of redundant now.
Power cable and component cable, I'll see if I can find a scart cable if that would be any use to anyone
Network adaptor with 200GB hard drive (so the laser/DVD9 thing isn't really an issue)
1 dual shock 2 joypad
1 knock off joypad
1 third party (HMV branded) four player adaptor - I'm not sure if this works or not, a pad plugged into it doesn't work on the home screen, but the analog light comes on.

Bonus PS1 stuff that I haven't tested at all
1 dual shock pad
1 4 player adaptor
A multitude of memory cards
Original Xbox (v 1.1 I believe)
Fitted with Xecuter 2.1 lite modchip (with the flimsy switch stuck to the outside)
320 GB hard drive (I think - internal structure adds up to about 286 so that sounds right)
Boots to XBMC-Emustation - I can't remember if this is DavPaz's fault or The Vision's, possibly both.
1 original pad
2 third party pads
1 third party joytech pad which seems very small (and refused to work until about the 4th time I tried it)
dvd remote and dongle
Random USB cable that plugs into the controller port and I think allows you to plug in USB storage (I threw a few things at it, but it wouldn't mount any of them)
The replacement PSU they sent out that won't burn your house down*
Component cable that also has Composite and S-VHS plugs (might have a scart cable somewhere)

Twenty quid (depending on how much it ends up costing me to post it might be pretty weighty)

*Not guaranteed to not burn down your house
It'll come as a shock to no one but I might be interested in some of these.

The DSi and PS2+bits. How much did you want for them?

I would have been tempted by the Xbox as mine is on the way out but when I went in the loft yesterday, I found two of the damn things in a plastic tub so they'll need testing first.
Don’t you already have a DS Lite?

I fancy that too, because I want to play Mr Kawasaki’s Brain Training on it and say “glasses glasses” on the front screen.

Assuming you mean the DS Lite, I'd be happy to throw that in a box with the ps2 (and ps1?) stuff for £20 if that works for you?

There's a Wii and a Dreamcast coming up when I get round to testing them as well.

Oh yeah, forgot to say, I've got no real means of testing the ps2 dvd drive, but the backup ps1 games I tried didn't work. It did play an actual dvd though, so it might just be the ancient backups that are no good.
I'm happy if Sat wants the DS lite. He's right, I do already have one but not in white and I was liking the idea of the messing with the flash carts.
So, are you happy with £20 for the PS2 stuff @TheVision, and do you want the random PS1 stuff too?

@Satsuma, are you happy to bung me a few quid for DS Lite postage (or you can pop round and get it if you like)?

Meanwhile, let's carry on with the clear out...

One Dreamcast, with two original pads (one has a slightly stiff (fnar) start button, but it works), a VMU, a third party rumble pack and a third party 4 in 1 memory card.
Power cable, VGA cable and VGA to HDMI adaptor (again, probably got a scart lead somewhere for it).

The disc drive works, but is incredibly loud. The internal battery might be dead, as it looks like you have to set the clock every time you turn it on.

£30 + postage?
@joans Absolutely. DM me your paypal and I’ll send you whatcha want

@mr chonks Can I have those brain training games and Pokemon now please?
Last one, promise.

A Wii, softmodded in some way that I don't remember.
Component cable, psu, sensor bar.
1 wiimote (that actually works, there's one that seems to work intermittently, and another two that appear to be dead, if you like tech surgery, I'll stick them all in the box, otherwise I'll just send the good one).
4 nunchucks (these do all work)
2 classic controllers (that also work)
3 of those rubber jacket thingies
2 of those rubber jacket thingies with the wii motion plus thingy.

Bonus extra stuff that I haven't tested yet.
Some third party wired gamecube controller
A wavebird
A wii fit board

I've not really thought about pricing yet (although assuming the wavebird works, they're going for around £40 on ebay), so shout up if anything takes your fancy and feel free to make me an offer.

Updates:
None of my knock-off gamecube discs work - this might be because the discs themselves don't work, the drive is knackered, or (I think this is most likely), I've not done something that I need to do in order for it to be able to read backup Gamecube discs. However, they do work from USB (and presumably SD)
The Wavebird works, however (and I wish I'd known this a few years ago), you have to enable Native Controls in Nintendont for it to work properly.
The Wii Fit board is in the loft and will probably stay there until someone expresses some kind of interest.
Can I interest anyone near Bromsgrove in a 50" Sony 1080p TV?
It's a KDL-50W815 which is the same as this but with a silver bezel
https://www.techradar.com/uk/reviews/au ... 499/review

Great condition, full working order, but no longer needed. £170ish
If anyone has a Samsung Galaxy S20+ I have one of those fancy smart covers for it. What I don't have is an S20+

It's this: https://www.samsung.com/uk/mobile-acces ... 985cjegeu/

£5 plus postage?
Would anyone (ideally someone that is attending the cottage) be interested in a ps4 pro?
I will work out more specifics if anyone is interested, but it's about 3 and a half years old, black, original 1TB drive, boxed, 1 pad.

Possibly. Depending on price.

I will have a look and come up with a magic number.
£3, no more no less.
Joans wrote:

Swap for a GTX 980? lol

I don't actually know what I'd even do with a PS4 Pro, given that I packed my PS3 away ages ago and barely play on my Switch these days
You'd play Aliens: Fireteam Elite with me, idiot.
Hah - my experience of that so far is just with bots... I'd hope that playing with an actual human would make it better!
I can assure you it does :)
Although give the bots their due, they're much better at spotting sneaky boys trying to creep up behind you than human players are

Absolutely. I’ve had all my best results with one human and one bot companion.

About £180?
Still got the Wii, Dreamcast and Xbox if you're interested (or anyone else)...
Any cottage-going takers for:
PS4
Original xbox
Dreamcast
Wii
???
I think I'm going to have to pass on the PS4 thanks Joans... It's a little to much for me to be spending at the mo. Thanks though!
Does anyone want my Amiga? God knows if it still works cause I haven’t even tried to plug it in. Last time it worked in, like, the 90’s so there’s that.
What flavour of Amiga is it? I’m potentially interested.
A500 with the expansion card thingy? I want to say 1 meg. I could always take some photos of what’s in the box.
