I received a parcel from Mimi's brother addressed to Russ Awesome, and was nearly not allowed to collect it due to not having ID with that name on, so don't put exclusively usernames in case your Royal mail office is also staffed by jobsworth nitwits.

I'm fairly sure they didn't just break policy by giving it to you, they broke the law, too.

That's a load of relatives of people screwed over then.

How can anyone prove their name is "Grandma" for example.
Proof of address should be fine.

Sorry, but no. :)
User avatar
No worries. 'Stupid Sexy [throughsilver]' will just have to remain in the family house ;)
User avatar

User avatar
Mine has arrived. Lovely wrapping!
User avatar
I hope your gift is as good! :D
User avatar
I had a Tried To Deliver card - can go get it from the PO tomorrow - WHOOP!! :D
User avatar
My Amazon box has arrived from my Secret Santa! :) Thanks!

I hope it wasn't anything fragile, as if it was then it sounds like it may have broken in transit.

Also, did my Santa pay for a form of delivery that required a signature? If so, get your money back - the postie left it outside my house next to the wheelie bin this morning!

Yours is on it's way now, but due to a little incident might not make it before Christmas now.

Your Santa has apologised profusely.
User avatar
Mine has turned up by the way. It was actually here ages ago, I just thought I'd let you know but clearly didn't.. Anyway, it's here and under the tree.

Despite being ordered a while ago, your Santa has just received a 'despatched' email.

Looks like you and Grim... Might be having a slightly later Christmas.
User avatar
Placed mine under the tree. Looking very good - my Secret Santa clearly knows how to wrap a present well!

p.s. Grim... can we change the picture size limit to be 1024*1024, it's not a huge size difference, but it means less need for resizing pics to be able to link them.

Brilliant! :D

Thanks, Secret Santa!*

* not-so-secret, as Amazon put the person's name on the delivery slip. Fortunately, I don't recognise the name, so the secret remains! ;)

My Secret Santa was especially Awesome this year. A Danny Baker/Danny Kelly football book and the Secret Policemans Ball book. Superb work, and thank you.

I see my Secret Santa receivee is enjoying his or her gift. Marvellous.

As now appears to be traditional, secret santa got me a mug. As is slightly less traditional, secret santa got me the same mug his representative from last year got me. Still, it is a little bit chipped, so a replacement is more than welcome and will go nicely with the other 3 (yes, 3) mugs I've received for Christmas. Expect mug-tastic photos in the other thread at some point.
User avatar
Without wishing to cast aspersions on other secret Santa presents I have received, this is possibly the best secret santa gift I've ever received.
User avatar
My secret Santa gift was not only the best secret Santa gift I've ever received, but it was also the best gift I received this year! Good old secret Santa... Merry Christmas!
User avatar
Yus! Trashy romance novel to keep me warm on those cold winter night :) thanks secret Santa!x
