I'm not at liberty to divulge where I've been or what I've driven today due to NDAs, but I can tell you on my first day of work I had a walk to the railway station and a short train ride, before a lovely stroll past a castle and lake. I inspected the vehicle and then had a leisurely drive home. I got back just after 11am!

Not every day will be that short, I guess they want to see that I can do the job with minimal risk if I'm not up to it.

Do you get a full day of pay for that?

Not even close. I get paid a set figure per delivery up to 80 miles and then anything above that is charged by the mile.

So I've done half a delivery today, and on average I'll do 2.5 per day.

Wooo.... Virgin V6 TiVo box and new hub, both for no extra cost apart from setup fee. Took about 2 hours to install and get all devices connected, but download speed from hub is over 110mb.

It's now 23.45 in Orlando, that's 445 Monday morning for you lot. Nearly been up a full 24 hours.
On the plus side, I really like Android Auto in the car.

“....... because you’ve been Virgin Media customers for 17 years” but I suspect that in a while they’ll ask us if we’d like to pay for two more to replace the other two old TiVos that we have.

Three is correct.

Mrs. W and I had one, my daughter has one in her bedroom and then when my son moved back home a couple of years ago we got a third for him. But he got an Amazon TV box a couple of months ago and has Kodied it up so he doesn’t use his TiVo now, so it’ll be going back.

I upgraded 1x TiVo and 2x non TiVo hd boxes to TiVo plus 2 x v6. It cut my monthly bill from £160 to £120 and also first nine months at £80

6 months in with child number 2 and there is light at the end of the tunnel :DD

He has been murder, endless wind, constant feeding for comfort so spent most of he life so far only wanting to be with his mum.

Started him on solids and he is has started to have a rough sleeping pattern around 8-1am, previously he was just up all the time.

He is even happy for me to pick him up and play with him now, I'm finding he gets pissed off on his own in his bouncer but if I take him out he can be happy for 30 minutes or more, previously I got 5 max before he wanted his mum.

That said I was woken at 4.30 with him in our bed, he was pulling my face and gurgling at me, but even that's an improvement!

Hopefully he will end up like his brother sleeping wise, he sleeps like a log once the usual 30 minutes of pissing around at bedtime is over, that's been a godsend that he didn't wake up when his younger brother was awake crying half the night!

I managed to log into the V6 box from my hotel last night so I could watch Bounty Hunters on Sky 1, seeing as the 'otel don't include Sky in their channel package. And not a hint of buffering. GET IN.

Over the weekend I saw someone on Twitter asking if anyone had some certain N64 games. They needed them as they were scanning the boxes to archive on a website.

It just so happens that I had six of the games he needed so I brought them into work yesterday and scanned them in for him. I sent them over for him and for my troubles, he’s sent over £30 via Paypal.

Excellent!

It’s not an excrescence, is it? So I would have thought it unlikely to be so easily effected by what we ingest. However, the truth is I don’t know. I’m happy to sit back and let Joan’s and Jazzy experiment (admittedly, probably not as happy as Joans might be — we all know what a fiend for caramel he is).
