I treated myself to some new ‘waterproof and breathable‘ walking shoes after noticing recently that my current beloved walking shoes were extremely breathable and not at all waterproof anymore.

Same here! I've put a fair few miles into my Berghauseses, but the join between the sole and the upper is starting to look pretty ropey.

These were the ones that I got, and there are the lightweight ones, and super comfortable. There’s a sale on at the moment, plus you can get an extra 15% off on top of sale prices.

https://www.regatta.com/womens-samaris- ... -beetroot/

They also sent me a referral link for £10 off if you spend over £50 https://mention-me.com/m/ol/sh9bs-mimi-codd and I’m not sure how that stacks with the sale prices, extra money off, etc, or what combo of savings works out best, but worth a try if anyone did see something they were after.

I don't want to give it away too easily, but it's semiotic standard. Look into it and you'll see where it's from. I dig it, but no way could I use it.

I've played quite a bit of this the past couple of days, it's deeper than it seems. Some of the tracks get a bit tricky and it looks gorgeous.

I wouldn't pay for it, but for free it's pretty good

We bought a new coffee machine, the trusty older one was starting to flash up an error light intermittently and needing to be unplugged to clear it. So we bought a new, slightly fancier one that does all the milky frothy but automatically, has a touch screen for choosing the drink type and, um Bluetooth for some reason.

I look forward to using Bluetooth to wake the machine while I'm still in bed, and having it make me a coffee while I walk down the hall, only to find someone moved my cup the night before and it's spilled all over the place.
