He hasn't yet said it's his house. It could be a photoshoot.

At this point I feel like Kris is Mr Made.com or Dexter. WHICH IS IT?

A Garmin 45 watch. I much prefer the 235 it has replaced.

Disc, they only had two options. Disc with addition controller, or Disk, with controller and camera. Not really fussed about the camera.

Ah man, actually jealous.

Did you have to do that "register your interest" thing and wait or did you just get lucky with stock levels?

My 235 went through the washing machine. I have been using MrsA's but she needed it on Sunday.

Can you not contact Garmin, and say it stopped working?

Yes instead of a disappointing chocolate you get a disappointing scrap of lego.

A piece of sports history, and a frame. The table that it is on I got for free.

I have a new phone... a Pixel 6 pro and it's nice, albeit with exactly the same software as my old phone.

At least the charging port will work properly on this one though.

Can you report back on how the screen is outside in sunlight? I believe they're meant to be fairly bright. For flying my little drone I find my Pixel 4a to be a bit too dim to see well enough at times even with the little shade I made.

Well, funny story... The DJI app doesn't work with it.

It connects as it should but it just displays a blank screen rather than the camera view.

So that's that then!

Ah, hopefully it'll get fixed at some point. DJI seem to struggle with their Android apps.

My previous phone was a Pixel 3a and that worked fine with the app so yeah, hopefully it'll be fixed pretty soon. There's quite a few people with the same issue on their forums so it seems they should be aware of it.

Apart from that, the screen is plenty big enough for a drone and it does seem brighter. Not sure what it's like in direct sunlight but I shall let you know.

I'd love a lamp like that, but in a house with 5 cats (and now a big dog) it seems like a terrible idea.

Has anyone seen the recent Taskmaster where they talk about the Bully Kutta dog? Yikes. I Googled them.

Willow is *big* but didn’t scare me to my very soul.

It does look stylish and I'd like some style too but kids trash everything and Lady T has already cluttered our house up with stuff so I'm not keen to add more. Maybe for my office at work...

Me and NervousPete saw a band in August. They were great. I just got a pin badge and some stickers from them what I bought.

Do all men get to middle age and start watching ridiculously named bands? I remember Myp and Russell going to watch someone called ‘Arse Full Of Chips’.

New set of H7 headlights for the campervan because driving down the lanes at night the other day was actually terrifying. I had heard that the standard H4 ones were shockingly bad but fucking hell, like two lit cigarettes in there.

New Shower. As I am having a new consumer unit tomorrow, it made sense to get rid of the electric shower.

Now have a lovely shower. Yes the bathroom is still pink. :)

Hm. With our "new" boiler and the price of electricity it might be worth us switching the upstairs shower, now you mention it. We still miss the rainfall shower we got in the old house, though our water pressure/flow here just isn't up to it.
