Anyone who can't make the top spot by too wide of a margin they can now get the exec guy to say "you're good to go"

We should send a old man with a kazoo up his arse. It wouldn't affect our average score

It doesn’t matter who we send, Europe thinks we’re all Gammon now.

Given the increasing popularity of Boris & Co, that’s a reasonable assumption.

Surprised the recent events with Israel didn’t make more of a dent in their score.

I watched along last night and got into it as I love Eurovision but after that result, it's really quite depressing isn't it? There's no way on earth that our song deserved nil points... No way at all. I agree that it wasn't the best song on the night but it was no where near the worst.

I don't like being disliked. I'm struggling to think of a country that could enter and give us a half decent score either. Shame on the majority of the UK I guess?

What songs do you think we’re worse than ours, though. I do think ours was worst, maybe close to Belgium.

I felt sorry for the presenters reading out the string of zeroes. They seemed quite grim and uncomfortable doing it.

Belgium definitely. Germany was an absolute stinker too. I wasn't a fan of Switzerland either now I think about it.

I liked Switzerland, because it was just so odd, but not trying to be odd. I did t like Belgium or Germany, but would struggle to say they were worse than the U.K. entry.

The problem is that the voting is all about voting for your favourite song. The UK entry had absolutely nothing about it, nothing stood out, so why would anyone vote for it?
