One from the "I totally forgot I backed this on Kickstarter" collection.

A light strategy social deduction game about escaping the plague. lt has a single player mode, which is just as well as I doubt people will be in the mood for such a theme any time soon.

I loved feeding the birds around here. But since all of our neighbors have cut their trees down, we've hardly had any. :( I'm trying to entice some back and there is still a robin that visits.

Of the different brands I've tried, it's the Wilkos stuff that always proves a firm favourite. It will be like a bird banquet in your garden. :luv:

Our birbs are unfussy, I think they’d eat anything, and they get through LOADS, but Wilkos is quite cost effective. I hope your birds come back to your garden soon. Have you got a nice high feeder so they have somewhere to land if they’re not hopping over from close-by trees, so they can steer clear of birds?

We put an apple out yesterday, cut in half, and there has been a parakeet on it all day. I’m not sure what happened to the parakeet but it looks really roughed up. It’s feathers are everywhere and it’s absolutely caked in mud. I’ve never seen them land near the ground, but we wondered if a cat had hit at it. It’s flying to and from the feeder without trouble, so it doesn’t seem injured, but he’s been at the feeder for ages and ages.

Enormous bags of sunflower seeds are most cost effective, we buy them 20-25kg at a time depending on what's the best £/kg on Amazon. We tried other things and it all just gets ignored, even the goldfinches ignore nyger seed.

Plus Peckish Complete blocks whenever the 10x box is reasonably priced.

Our birds eat everything and anything. Peanuts, suet blocks, suet balls, birdseed, fruit, sunflower hearts. Not trued whole sunflower seeds but the sunflower hearts are a great. This is a 12.75kg bag and I can’t lift it, so I have no idea how anyone can handle a 25kg bag. You and your Amazon driver must both be made of steel! :D

I've got fat balls, a coconut and suet block out there at the moment. Hopefully when we can start to do a bit more in the garden (next month), I'd love to have some more stuff set up for them, with a proper bird table.

I really wanted a big tub of meal worms as they're cheaper in bulk, but they only had 400g tubs so I got two of those and put them all in the last big tub I just emptied. The worms seem to be going faster than anything else at the moment. The fat balls are currently of little interest, but I don't know why. The suet pellets come a close second after the worms, but the nyger seeds don't seem to interest any of them. Squirrels have their own peanut feeder, that they're gradually destroying, and I have a squirrel proof one that has become popular with the birds recently.

We have one magpie that's the boss of the garden, but he's too big to get on the feeders so has to make do with whatever gets dropped on the ground. I do put some food on the ground for him, and for the robins and blackbirds.

Ah, mealworms are super popular here, too. I got a decent sized bag from Wilko once, I think. My friend used to pick me up the suet blocks from B&M but doesn’t go any more, but they are a good price.

I have seven analogue watches and an Apple Watch. I’m going to rationalise my collection at some point and cut it down to 3-4, which will undoubtedly rotate, but I personally don’t want to be a collector, as I want to wear them.

My brother has a friend who is crackers — he has over 80, mainly in the £200-400 bracket with a few in the £800-1200 bracket. He has a notable impulse problem!

It’s arrived and it is fantastic. The case finishing is everything you’d expect when Seiko apply their artisanal Zaratsu polishing, with sharp texture lines between brush finish and polished. The face is beautiful, with highly detailed indices and delicate finishing to the hands. And the mechanism (8L35) is one of Seiko’s higher end movements and is used dressed in many of their much more expensive (this isn’t a cheap watch), Grand Seikos. I’m expecting 1-2 secs a day deviation, which beats COSC regs.
