I keep on forgetting to use my Guidance spell before people do stuff. Everyone's missing out on an additional d4! Please all do ask for Xunt's blessing before attempting anything tricky!

Meanwhie, #I'm also fairly chuffed. I think yesterday was maybe the first time in 7(?) sessions that my bardic inspiration die was actually used by the person I gave it to.

Anyone who's sent their email should have access. How is navigation, are all of the entry links working? Not all are populated, but the majority that I've put in so far should be and even if they're not, the link should still work it will just take to a page with only a title.

I will grab the scroll, and Zardoth's cash to "take care" of it for him.

Also thinking of ditching one of my 3 restorative spells* for:

Entangle
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: 90 feet
Components: V S
Duration: Up to 1 minute
Classes: Druid
Grasping weeds and vines sprout from the ground in a 20-foot square starting from a point within range. For the duration, these plants turn the ground in the area into difficult terrain.
A creature in the area when you cast the spell must succeed on a Strength saving throw or be restrained by the entangling plants until the spell ends. A creature restrained by the plants can use its action to make a Strength check against your spell save DC. On a success, it frees itself.
When the spell ends, the conjured plants wilt away.

* Cure Wounds (Touch) 1d8 +3
* Healing Word (60ft Range) 1d4 +3 (Handy for a Rummager in trouble but away from group)
* Goodberry - Been handy to have a few hit points to dish out to everyone so far but it's limited and eaters use an action consuming them in combat.

Thoughts?

Is this a hollowed bone for putting scrolls etc in or a fancy briefcase sort of thing? Kinda of interested as it's a natural product :)

Does it affect only enemies?

Because our gang isn't really all that good at strength... (In that we have, as a party, a net +0 on strength. Ivo is so not-strong he may even heal foes when he punches them)

Everyone, apart from Wood Elves like moi. Was thinking it might be useful for slowing down approaching things (before we range fuck them) also handy for helping us escape if needs be.

Control spells are good - entangle a bunch of enemies and the rest of us can safely blap them from a distance. You could've locked down a whole group of zombies and they'd have been helpless and no threat.

Think I'll take Entangle then... think I'll drop Goodberry unless there's an objection from my user base :D

Hmm, I was sure difficult terrain didn't effect me as I'm a Wood Elf or Druid... cant seem to find anything now. Maybe it was a spell I saw higher up the pecking order.

It's ranged though, so you could entanlge a bunch of orcs from 90ft away and then we can cheerfully hurl rocks at them in safety.

The bone was a bone tube and the spell scroll of darkness was contained within it. I think it would make a delightful windchime. Based on who you acquired it from, I think it's very likely he simply hollowed out a bone and repurposed it as a scroll case.

Baring in mind we got the hollowed out bone from a zombie collecting, grave robbing Necromancer we might want to consider the probable source of that bone.

Turns oot D&D Beyond haven't implemented a raft of Tasha Slappa's content as it needs to rework stuff in order to do so.

Maybe I’m confusing it with Fleet of Foot, 35ft movement so even when on hard ground I go further than average? Dunno now...

Entangle has been taken... Goodberry has been left.

Just figured that while nice to help everyone a little bit it's probably more useful to be able to cure badly injured with a chunk of hit points.

Let's see how this decision lets us all down!

A reminder for ext time that Shuu is looking at the zombie body with the spider bite, and thinking that maybe some protection from spiders is in order if there are giant spiders around., Like anti posions and the like. May perhap our druid/bear/spider/wolf knows more about the effects of spiders and how to counteract them.

Ermintrude is naturally resistant to poison. I suspect the storming of Echo Cave is a while away considering we need to, probably quite urgently, take care of the danger at Wyvern Torrrrrrrrrr AND storm a castle.

I've a level 2 Druid spell Protection from Poison which cures 1 persons from 1 type of poisoning. I'll get that prepped before we go Spider hunting.
