I am really struggling to get seasonal DIYs :S Have shot down a billion balloons (OK, small exaggeration) and they're always bells or random furniture I don't need.

Oh, and I have Redd this morning but all the art is fake

Please let me know what you're missing Jem, everyone is struggling at the moment with balloons, but I can keep a look out

Happy update day! Not much you can do yet but I have requested a storage upgrade from Tom Nook so yay for that!
Also, unreasonably happy about sitting down :D

Thanks miki - don't have any of the mushroom ones apart from the wreath (I think that was the one Isabelle gave me? lol) and think I only have the red leaf pile out of the leaf recipes. :S Not too worried about those because I picked up some of your spare mush furniture from Flump :D

Is it too late for the trees bounty stuff? I'd really like the Tree's Bounty Arch specifically, so if you see a spare one of those please think of me :luv:

The arch is actually a maple DIY so it should be available now, but for the fact that balloons are a pest and even if you pop them you get rubbish ;)
will do my best Jem!

I have some spares for the seasonal diys now too, so let me know if you are missing specific things

I went to Flump yesterday but saw all the supplies were still there
reminder that maple season ends after the 26th
mushroom season ends dec 1st
and pinecone/acorn season ends on dec 10th

snow is possible from the 26th but at first it will just flurry and not stay on the ground
apparently snowfall waters you flowers in the same way rain does

I have an info-graphic about turkey day, it's a little bit of a spoiler but its only 2 days away and the ingredients that will be asked for are a fair bit and all stuff I don't usually have in my inventory so for peeps who want to gather some of the things before hand

crikey it's biig :o

I think they’ve done it quite well in that everything you need to catch is available 24hrs a day in both the northern and Southern Hemisphere at the moment.

Hello AC friends I am back :O
I demolished my town after feeling stagnant with it for a very long time and now I am back for Christmas because SNOW PEOPLES!!

My name is now Pippin instead of Pippy (original I know) and now I live in Poplinwood.
I did sneak into Flump a few times and I'm glad Devilman is still running it as its been a great help :P

For those who are new or have completely forgotten who I am lol, Hello I am Vick, Jem's sister :)

Hope everyone is well and have a good Turkey Day!

Glad it's been helpful :)

Gate is open again, but I'm guessing that because of Turkey Day, there's no regular visitor as I couldn't see one.

lol I've done the turkey day and I've done all the secret ingredients and I've been given some items but not the diy pack
and every time I talk to Turkey he says I should go enjoy the party
good thing the DIYs will be for sale at Nooks tomorrow (only for a few days though, get it while it's there)

edit: never mind they show up in your phone

I rather enjoyed the Turkey Day festivities and helping Franklin cook. It also meant I gave Blathers loads of new sea creatures as it was the first time I'd been diving in absolutely ages and was desperate for mussels (I got them from my bestie Shep in the end!).

All done in the gorgeous Autumnal evening sunset too!

Much the same experience here too. I hadn't paid much attention to the Turkey Day stuff but after the first two recipes were easy to complete (fortunately I had one yellow pumpkin), I figured I'd do a bit of fishing and diving for the other bits.

Turkey Fay was great. Everyone is still eating the chowder this morning. I LOVE the turkey day casserole as we had that same casserole dish growing up (and I suspect 100% of you all did also).

I just want it to snow now, but I’m not due any snow in my town until next Tuesday.

Just a reminder to everyone, if you didn't get the DIY pack yesterday, it's for sale in Nooks today and another few days
I wanted to buy a spare pack in case anyone would miss out, but they just go straight to your nookphone so that's not possible

Good times at the Turkey Day event yesterday, I found the chatter of my fellow villagers and Mr Turkey Chef most amusing. I look forward to seeing him next year. Meems! That casserole dish is perfection! I didn't have time yesterday to do the improvised bonus recipes, only the four main courses, did you get that dish from one of those extra ones?

I started off disliking Fluffers but now he's one of my favourites. Odd that. Del's still hanging around though, gngh. Literally everyone asks out but Del.

If Raymond turns up he can get to FF, though. He looks like a jerk.

@NervousPete for adding the secret ingredient for the first 3 dishes you would have gotten items (like the casserole dish) and for the last a diy pack with 8 diys, including that one
but the diy pack is now for sale at Nooks for a few days so go buy it! Also in the special spot in Nooks there seems to be one crafted item a day for sale, like it was with the Halloween items

Really liked the turkey day. Sounded even better in dutch this time, without that thanksgiving nonsense : smakenfestijn (flavour festival). Really well mixed between the chores, the social aspect, the time it took and the relation between activity and reward ...

On to toy day!

I've not been on much although I logged on briefly for Turkey Day. I've been sucked back into WoW again which has taken up some time.

I hope you're all well and things good today :luv:

I’ve got all of the Autumn recipes, Miki, so none needed here. I am so ready for the Animal Crossing snowscape now. The very first few flakes of snow this year (according to Meteonook) were at 8am in my town, so I got to AC AT 7:50am and waited, and then down they came, with the occasional jingle bell ring. It was lovely. I can’t wait for substantial snow, and snowmen, and lights, etc.

Actually, talking for AC AND SNOW, etc, Darwin and I just made some baubles at his request. We just found bits around the house to put in them, so now we have an AC bauble:
