Do you have sugar on them, though? That’s the biggest source of disagreement in our house. Russell uses cereal as a carrier for sugar whereas I can’t bear to think of sugar on cereal.

No point in having cereal unless you can chew the leftover milk at the end. Mmmm...syrupy

I do indeed put sugar on, I'd like not to, but nothing else really substitutes for it, and yes the sugary milk at the end is very nice.

Do you cut your milk on a board or directly in the bowl?

We've had homophobia, racism, and flat-out abuse.

This may be the thread that causes Beex to end.

I recommend using a serrated knife for cutting tomatoes. It’s a little known fact that the design of the blade helps cut the skin more easily to achieve a better and cleaner cut, particularly compared to a blunt knife.

You're actually not far wrong :DD I poach them in the microwave in hot water - only takes about 50 seconds.

I count three sandwiches. If your knife is sharp enough you could have infinite sandwiches.

That's interesting. When I say I'm having a sandwich, I have two rounds of bread. I'm not sure what I'd be having if I had three rounds of bread. Two sandwiches? A sandwich and a half? I dunno...

Nah, 2 slices of bread = 1 sandwich. Cut it in half and it's still 1 sandwich.

If I make a cake and cut it in half, I don't have 2 cakes, I have one cake cut in half. Same with sandwiches imo.

I have mixed feelings about tomatoes. I enjoy the taste and texture, but I can't eat them in a sandwich or burger. If I get a burger with tomato, I will remove said vegetable fruit and eat it separately.

Gotta mitigate. The lettuce has to be between the tomato and the bread and you have to eat it soon after preparation.

yes - I was about to suggest the correct BLT is actually a BTL.

But really the correct BLT is a Bbr.

Don't knock it til you've tried it.

Cheddar and red pepper is another great sandwich.

(For someone who doesn't really like cheese, it's a bit weird that some of my top sandwiches contain cheese :DD )
