I don't have a huge amount on my island at the mo, but Flump is open for a while if anyone wants to grab anything. I'm at the PC though so if I don't say hello, it's because I'm not there :)

How did you get the ladder. Or was that a bonus when nook’s cranny appeared.

Anyway. I’ve got a Pyramid. My Island will be famous like old egypt

@romanista Nook has asked me to build houses for three new islanders arriving. One of them required something that could only be reached on a cliff, so he gave me a ladder blueprint. The ladder isn’t a structure, it’s a tool you carry with you, so you can climb up wherever

Well bosh and flimshaw. Persimmons aren't in this game. So that last fruit type I was after to get fully stamped was to plant one of my native peach trees.

I'm really enjoying this. Still haven't mastered fishing but enjoying capturing all the bugs. I last played an Animal Crossing game about 13 years ago when I taught the animals naughty words.

Started setting timers so I don't spend an entire day on it, but it's just so easy to think "ah, I'll dig one more hole".

Hahaha! I was wondering what that last one was, too! So all I have to do is plant a peach? Doh! Thanks! I thought it might have been bananas again.

The sheep that lives on my island just ran up to me all excited to show me his latest reaction. He then proceeded to sneeze all over me. Nice.

I've got to work today but will post my friends code later this evening. I've got all fruits planted so hopefully people will be able to come and help themselves once they pop up (but my main fruit is pears).

Designed a Blathers duvet cover for my bed, to go with my Blathers poster. Wasn’t sure if maybe the Blathers wallpaper was too much Blathers? Got a Blathers outfit, too.

Blathers is my favourite character, by the way (though I really love the pilot Dodo, too!)

oh I am way not at wallpaper status
but I have a house and I went to another island and got coconuts which I planted (also planted cherries) and my nephew came over to my island and gave me oranges so I planted those too
and Blathers has enough specimens to make his museum

so I had to get a nintendo account and make friends with the nephew and steve had to get us a subscription to nintendo online and now I have a friend code! SW-0773-7152-5328
edit, my island is called Charming

My island is called Haven. Haven. I have lots of pears. Pears.

Played two hours, and but gosh I am enjoying this. So far I have gathered weeds from everywhere I can reach, caught some moths, picked up some shells, and realised I am just some poor rube in Nook's grandiose mysterious plan. My neighbours are Sherri and Sterling and jolly good company they seem to be as well.

Not sure where my images save to and how I can post them to Beex yet but yes, am thoroughly enjoying this.

Damn Resident Services is closed for me today as they upgrade to a building rather than a tent. Means no island hopping >:|

Still, I done some designs in the designer of designs.

Oh... my...! That design is amazing.

My resident services is still a tent and shows no signs of changing yet, but exciting! The second of the three residents inbuilt houses moved in today (Carrie) so I have four islanders now. Another new house is in preparation, I guess for tomorrow.

I'm undecided if the public address each day represents a lovely throwback to Hi-De-Hi or a terrifying throwback to forced work camps.

If you want you can compare all of animal crossing to all kinds of slavery/exploitations things but let's not..

So the resident services is coming soon after the new inhabitants? maybe stock some miles-tickets then..

And mimi, i had a lovely time too, loved went we went looking at the ansjovis from the backside.. just the things i love in a real museum

I'll leave the Flumpgates open for the afternoon if anyone wants a browse. I've still not got much yet, but feel free to grab anything you need. There's a spare Tricera torso if that helps anyone.

I'm working, so I'm not at the console, so don't be surprised if I don't say hello. :)
