It’s shit. I remember there’s some levels (maybe all of them) where you can run out of things to kill people with so you have to stab up all the reminding people and often can’t do it without alerting all the police*. It’s a nice idea but terrible implementation. I wouldn’t waste your time trying to finish it (I did, like an idiot); have your fill and bin it.

*some outdoor party on the beach with speaking in the middle was fucking stupid for this happening. You spend 20 minutes laboriously murdering people in silence like it wants you to play and then it makes you Benny Hill around with the cops for the last 20-odd people.

<8.39> Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth+

Last night I spent ages trying to figure out why the extra level, The Void, wouldn't unlock; I figured my saved game was screwed up and I'd have to start all over again. Turns out I was missing one of the DLC packs - I thought Afterbirth contained everything, but I forgot about Afterbirth+. At least + contains the additional booster packs that I'd not seen before as I stopped playing the PC version once I'd maxed it out.

The Nintendo first party games - which are (of course) why you're here - approximately never go down in price or go on sale.

They do drop, but I’ve never seen any of them cheaper than £35, so there are never any £15 bargains out there. The bloody console never drops much either, does it

I really liked Zelda but it was just so huge it was overwhelming, and I don’t really have time for massive open-world games anymore.

Non digital somewhere around £36 / £37 seems to be as low as they go

Digital rarely go down but : https://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/ninten ... op-3369361 you might see something in here - the other suggestion (especially if you can find somewhere doing the occasional deal on store credit) is this https://www.nintendo.co.uk/Nintendo-Swi ... 37882.html

Which is basically £84 for 2 games (any game including new stuff)

Oh and really small amount off but

https://www.cdkeys.com/nintendo/eshop-t ... op-card-30

£30 Nintendo e-shop credit for £28

If you're looking for physical Switch games cheaper, and you're happy with second hand, I find that eBay is best - you can sometimes find a bargain that hasn't been bid up too high.

I swear every fucking time I buy something on the Switch it needs to update and reboot itself before it'll let me use the shop.

I suspect my Switch is in need of an update too as I've not been using it a huge amount lately. I bought the games via the website though to save me going through the Switch shop; although that's not exactly a seamless experience, with multiple screens to confirm each purchase.

Is there any way of adding multiple items to a basket on the Switch eShop rather than having to buy each item at a time? I picked up a couple yesterday and they almost lost sales as I was gnashing my teeth at how crap the store is.

EDIT: Jinx!

And another thing, this sale need curating or some shit. Donut County was on page 20 of 38 and it was so far down to scroll on the Switch itself that I never found it by myself.

Panty Party though? Page 8.

Add stuff you want to your wishlist then at least you can see the current price of it all in one place at a glance. Though you still need to manually remove stuff from there after you buy it because fucking Nintendo.

You can get a Mario Party and Joycon bundle - Argos have it for (choke) £80, which is much cheaper than elsewhere.
