Not sure if this counts as a 'bargain' but Ubisoft's subscription service Uplay+ has a free trial running until the 30th which is probably enough time to get a shot of some stuff. I'd be doing it for Far Cry 5 if it wasn't for Assassin's Creed Odyssey still being a thing in my life. You can see the list of games available if you scroll down to the "All games included in Uplay+" section of this page:

The End is Nigh (another Meatboy-esque platformer from the same developer) and Abzu (what if Journey, but underwater?) are currently free on the Epic Store.

Ends tomorrow, but if you enter PICKME10 on an eBay item over £100, you can get 10% off, with a maximum discount of £50. Plus you can reach that £100 with a combined value of two items in your basket. Various T&Cs here.

Chuchel and Donut County are strong possibilities for sure. A lot of the rest of it's the kind of stuff I'd play on Android but not Windows.

Probably a bit early for the best stuff.

I notice that Google Play Movies are doing a five-film bundle for £8.99. Films are -

- Die Hard
- Predator
- Big Trouble in Little China
- Speed
- Commando

And with the exception of Predator, Big Trouble in Little China, Speed and Commando, they're all Christmas films, so the ideal gift.

I'm just rubbish at keeping it tidy, so I wouldn't want it to cycle through loads of near identical photos, or ones I accidentally took of the floor.

You can pick. You can choose any album you’ve made, you can choose a special “recent highlights” album, and you can choose specific people from your “family and friends” auto-generated albums.

Further to the other answer: it also has algorithms to exclude photos like this. I’ve never seen it cycle duplicates and it attempts to leave out anything that’s wildly out of focus or just a big patch of one colour. Admittedly I tend to delete such photos anyway, so I don’t have as many, but I’ve never seen it show anything totally crap.

Yes, it's a very good one.

If you were scared of Teh Privacys you could just mute the mic all the time, too.
