Thanks very much for the kind offer chap but I'm fairly flush with genestealers - it's the termies I need ...

Armiger Warglaive finally turned up today... without a 100mm base :( - Anynerd have one spare for a couple of quid?

Bought another Conquest 33 for the Plasma Conduits because I want some more.

Theta-7 Killteam are primed - The models in this set are splendid - deciding on whether to continue my Orange/Khaki Skitarri scheme or do them as a crack commando unit sent to prison by a military court for a crime they didn't commit...

Well I just need one 100mm at the moment but if you're swamped with others I'd gladly take a random assortment too.

Let me know how much x

I'm racking up loads of bits at the moment too so if you fancy any Skitarri/Genestealer/Tau weapons, heads, or anything let me know, can take pics of the sprues if you want to peruse.

Built my Armiger Warglaive last night, another beautiful model... agonised over which of the 4 heads to used. Nice touches include the option of having either foot forward and the arm/weapon positions. Getting undercoated this evening.

The numbering on the instructions/sprues has been the worst I've ever encountered on a Citadel kit, all over the shop!

I went to an 'independent' gaming shop on Saturday to support a friend's RPG event. I say independent though every single thing in there was Games Workshop. It was a really impressive place - a cafe/bar, 12 full sized gaming tables set up with scenery, and a set of high tables set up for painting. A far cry from the usually quite unpleasant GW stores.

I managed to restrain myself, though I had a play with the new paints that appear to be deliberately runny so they almost apply an ink wash to themselves. Quite impressive.

The scale is so small on the Lordy Ringo stuff. Enough to make them unworkable for my shakey hands and bog eyes.

I much prefer the Armiger to the Helverin. More coggy.

To be fair to the Helverins, it's only the weapons that make the models different.

First time I'd seen the actual models, knew about them and seen sneaky bits.

Not fussed about that particular bundle box... got the Tech Priest already and not keen on the robots. Have nothing about them really compared to other Ad Mec stuff.

Those alt heads are much better though.

My contrasts have just showed up. Sans the turquoise. Which is irritating cos that's the only one I really wanted, the others were to just bulk out the order. :S

The re-branded Forgewoild paints are very nice. The Iron Warriors base is exactly the right black-iron that Leadbelcher should've been.
