Did you make sure you didn't have any air trapped in the system when you topped it up?

Yeah, it’s not an air pocket. Defo leaking out from somewhere.

Got the new camshaft sensors delivered, opened the bonnet, took off the engine shroud... And thought what the fuck am I doing, they are tricky to get at, my back was already aching, it was windy and about to start raining.

I'm getting too old for this shit, I put the shroud back on and I'll pay a man an hours labour to do it for me. I'm back in the warm on the sofa watching Gogglebox...

You should put that in the DIY thread, it's about as legit as most of Mali's stuff in there.

£548, so not quite as much as I hoped, but good enough.

Although dude has already told me he needs to pick it up during the day as he works nights, and he is off on holiday for a week on tuesday... So this might turn into a bit of a saga.

It's parked on the street with regular dodgy characters walking past, so I wouldn't want to do that really.

I did think about leaving a key taped under the wheel arch or something.

Found the source of my coolant leak, the 4” hose that joins on the top of the engine block. Used a piece of silicon vac hose for now until I get a replacement.

Well... that was annoying. Dude came to pick up the car... It won't start. Turns over, just doesn't want to fire. Tried jumping it, tried pushing it, tried putting a couple of litres of fuel in it... nothing.

I'll call the AA in the next couple of days and see if they know what is wrong with it, otherwise I expect i'll just dump back on ebay as spares or repair...

This is a great way to discover how flammable WD40 is.

Rubber mats reduce performance due to added friction, you can counter that by laying the rear seats flat, which will spread the weight more.

Nope, not a proper TVR unless it's been poorly made in a shed in Bispham.

That looks ace, for the most part. Not sure about the front end/headlights, though.

I mean you can sort of hear what it sounds like, clearly it's burbly and has a noisy exhaust. They could have ended with maybe just one pass without the epic music over the top, though.

Is it a super car or some old price of shit with the exhausts sawn off at the manifold? Sounds like the latter, needs more resonance.

Motorsports can be dangerous.

Reports say that the driver is okay, but she hit two photographers and a marshal, and they're not doing so well.

Here's another angle, but if you have issues with people being squished you may not want to watch it.

In a big old flip because the FIA are all cunts, the marshal and photographers are okay (ish), and the driver fractured her spine.

Down to one key for the Sheffield's Forestieri. Presumably I buy a blank key from ebay and then get it reprogrammed and cut at Timpsons?
