If we all just invest our money every day, we'll surely gain more between us than the mafia, and we can see who has stolen money each time, so can lynch any thieves, as the Mafia can only win by stealing.

Drawbacks to my plan:

1) Mafia could donate money to townies, making them look guilty.
2) Towards the end people will try to win the individual game by stealing.
3) It's kinda boring if we all just do the sensible thing. No capitalists ever won by being fair!

Does anyone want to do the maths on whether or not we want to lynch now? I'm going to guess that we do. Oddly, we can win even if we all get killed, as long as our money is locked in. At the moment you'd have to assume that the Town has more money than the Mafia, so the sooner we end the game the better seems to make sense.

Curio's suggestion would almost indicate lynching at random would be ideal, say unless any one individual person accumulates £400, then kill that person (to avoid the mafia stealing enough to win). Does that make sense?

I don't think I've grasped what's going on here at all. I thought the Mafia were openly discussing tactics but apparently not but the comments are all framed in a way that's weird and confused me.
