Gazchap is coming up with lots of 'reasonable' arguments for why not to kill him and he has never flat out said that he's not the werewolf just that he doesnt believe it which I think would be enough for me to keep him around.

I'm wondering why Willow has not tried to explain why she went crazy - at least one person knows (the note overnight about Oz) so they should know something has happened to him and if they get the idea he's the recruited vampire then that may be enough to tip the scales
