And out of interest, what relation is Lisa Kudrow to the mayor type thing, and how did you find out?

23 was any food with 130 calories in. Specifically, it was a multipack packet of Walkers Cheese and Onion crisps, as that's what I looked at to get a number, but any food would have done. I'd have given a bonus point if someone worked out what amount of a food would make 130 calories and measure it out for a photo.

The governor of New York was Ursula Buffay, Pheobe's twin sister. This was revealed in Mad About You (which Ursula was in, also played by Kudrow) which had a "what happened afterwards" section at the end of the last episode.
