Care to explain why? *twirls pigtail*

Because you appear to be acting "in league" to tarnish someone's name. Although it would be brazen for a bad crew to do that so obviously, let's face it, you have the right people for being brazen :)

Anyway, I'm not actually FOSing you, I'm just pointing things out :)

So Curio, if you deny you are a goblin, what are you?

As I know that that is bollocks, so if that is your theory, then I can't vote for Curio.

Well I think I have worked out who Santa is and who the remaining jnr investigator is (unless they are people trying to pretend they are them or I'm just shit - and the latter is most likely)

I'm obviously not going to say who I think they are.

But my vote still stands

Malc, the junior investigators only protect someone if they are targetted, and tehn find out who targetted them. They can't investigate directly. Goblin.

I know this.

I think I have worked out that role, by what they have said. I don't know if they have information or not (unlikely but they may have)

:this: How is it possible to work out who they are at the moment? They haven't done anything that would give them any info as far as I can tell. Also, why does malc think that there is only one left, there could be one or two?

Fuck it, i'm going back to my original "just enough not to seem suss list" of sdg, bobby and malc. It wasn't bobby, as said before I don't think it is sdg, so that leaves malc.

Re-inforces the fact that you are clearly wrong.

and a goblin/grinch.

I know I'm a goody, so if your workings are obvious then they'll be obvious to your goblin buddies. And not the goodies.

If there could be more than 1 left then it's because I didn't read the rules properly.

That would make sense because I had thoughts of another person that might be a jnr detective.

Checking the rules, there is only a space for one name which is why I thought there were 2 (but I see that's the same for the grinch/goblins too)

As for voting for me, that's fine, I am not a power role I'm justa good little boy/girl

My workings are not obvious, the fact that if I reveal my workings then it would help you work out who (I think) santa is. That's the obvious bit!

WTF is all of this 'i know what i know and i'm not telling you' stuff , is this because of the special magical codewords in the last game ?

If you have a theory and don't share it then why should i trust you and your theory instead of anything else ?

We already know the Junior investigators don't have any more info that everyone else because they only get info when they protect an overnight kill and they did not

Santa should have one known person now but that's not enough to come forward with (even if he knows who the Grinch is) so everything else is speculation.

And I'm going to read back over the last 2 days worth but if Santa or the Junior Investigator have put stuff out in plain sight to give their role away to show 'just how clever they are' then we may as well all look forward to going on the naughty list - as mentioned many times in the past the baddies are more likely to work that out than any goodie !

I think it is a "keep me alive and I'll tell you" play. From a goblin.

The town should share any and all ideas and theories as this is the only way they will get anywhere.

Unless by co-incidence, he investigated Joans on night one and Grim.. last night.

He'll need a baddie and a goodie to prove himself, as the baddie will say that they are good and santa is lying and not really santa and then the goodie will have to step in and say "But how did he know I'm good?" which will prove he is santa and now the goblins will probably do just that. Which would be funny for them, but for us, not so much.

Hmm, it's work for them in that they could get a goodie lynched, but then whoever roleclaimed would be got the next day. in the meantime, they could sneak another hit in during the night and end up 2-1 up.

Santa coming forward with a claim is bad unless he had a reasonable bit of info to back it up with otherwise we run the risk of not believing and moving him to the naughty list

He clearly didn't have a clue yesterday, and he's still coming out with the same sort of nonsense today. It smacks of a deliberate attempt to misdirect and cause confusion.

Me too. Unless I'm barking up completely the wrong tree and Curio just happens to be Santa. In which case, it might be worth piping up before you get lynched and we lose all useful info. I do, however, think this is about as unlikely as the world ending today. *stares up at the sky to make sure there aren't any earth destroying meteors on their way*

Sorry guys, working. Can we slow down with the voting please, I want to read properly and post properly.
Anyone who flings in a vote now to hit a majority is very suss when we have ages left.
Meanwhile, I am still suspicious of trooper, slightly green and nickachu for reasons I've made clear. And again to reiterate, the sg/nickachu thing IS NOT MERELY THAT THEY POSTED SIMILAR THINGS ITS ALSO THE FACT THAT THESE POSTS DEFLECTED FROM TROOPER AND WERE MADE RIGHT NEXT TO EACH OTHER. Sg has been pretty quiet since then which is interesting.
Also, trooper, your list of three people who didn't talk enough was formed on day one. Since then, bobby has been proven good. Yet you continue to use this list. Why? Surely we all appreciate not everyone can get involved immediately and it only becomes suspicious if it is an ongoing thing, or happens suddenly when drama unfolds.
Also trooper, interesting you keep including me in that list then saying you think I'm good. Then you pass me the parcel. Almost like your setting up false trails of me being in league with you as a safety measure.
Finally, MaliA. Your posts near the end of day yesterday led to me changing for Bobby. I even went and read back all your posts and thought you were something you clearly aren't. You are now high on my suspicious list.
I wanted to get all that down in case someone tries to rush the day ending. What are other people's thoughts on that? I'd like everyone to contribute with at least their opinion of what I've said. Goodies have nothing to lose by setting out their thoughts in response to me. Only baddies would be reluctant to engage in a dialogue about individual people.

By the way not suggesting we are one vote away from a majority, I don't know what the count is, just mean people piling on this early in the day is very odd when it's just a gutshot from one person and lots of people here don't seem to be trying to reach their own opinions.

There seems to be a lot of people who have hardly posted at all!

They're probably all goblins.

My current thinking:

Curio: Bad for reasons explained
Malc: Had suspicions, now a bit more confirmed. He's bad
SDG: I think she is bad because she's pushing a "Trooper is bad" line and I don't agree with that. And she thinks I'm sus
Zaphod: Unsure, I'm leaning towards good
Nikachu: Unsure, leaning towards bad
Trooper: I think he is good
The Fire Faerie: I think she is good

@TFF - Yes you did! You said Mali was person 3! You're a loon! You must be stopped!

I am very innocent!

I'm with you on slightly green and nickachu.
Yesterday, MaliA's insistance that Trooper is good has made me think that both he and Trooper are, in fact, goodies.

Quote:
MaliA. Your posts near the end of day yesterday led to me changing for Bobby. I even went and read back all your posts and thought you were something you clearly aren't. You are now high on my suspicious list.

But like you, that is evaporating today (see my earlier post about how dodgy they and TFF were starting to sound).
[/quote]

Apart from that, kinda out of ideas.

But I won a box of Heroes in the raffle at work so yay me!

Judging by what's gone on so far, the best way to be safe is to not say anything.

I didn't name person 3, hence them being PERSON 3! Stop twisting what I'm saying (or in this case, not saying at all) you manipulative horrible Goblin *sobs*

To respond to this. We still don't have any more information than we did on day one when I made that list, so it is just as valid now as it was then. The fact that bobby was good makes it all the more likely that malc is bad, in my opinion. Highlighting it has made anything subsequent around that theory inadmissible, observer effect and all that.
I keep including you in that list, as you were in it when I made it, and I can't change the past. You'll note that every time I mention it, I also mention how I think you are good. If I stopped mentioning you at all, no doubt you would find someway to convince yourself that means I must be bad...
I passed you the parcel because I think you are good and I want the parcel to stay in the hands of people I think are good.

Indeed (apart from Joans). Yet I vote for someone and it makes me a goblin! TFF clearly reacting strongly to someone pointing a finger at her, like a goblin!

(be funny if we both turn out to be good)

My list, based on nothing more than hunches, as I have no real information at the moment other than what has been posted in the threads. Even if they are hunches, it might be good at this point if we all did something similar, as at least it will gives us information to work with when people get put on the naughty list, as we have nothing else at the moment.

TheFireFaerie : FOS
Slightly Green : FOS
Goddess Jasmine : FOS
Malc74 : FOS
Trooper : Good
Curiosity : Good
MaliA : Good
KovacsC : FOS
Saturnalian : FOS
Alarm : FOS
sdg : Good
Malc : Bad
kalmar : Good
zaphod79 : FOS
nickachu : Good
Squirt : FOS
