The aim of the game is to count to 10 in the room.
The numbers must be posted in order, if the order is broken, the count has to restart back at 1.

This game is confusing! I think we should be careful, Russ might not be a lunatic but taking advantage of the fact we seem to think he is and so can now happily post the number nine with his teammates waiting in the wings to post straight after and claim the prize! It might be better not to play along. I just deleted and then retyped all this because I thought there might be useful info to be had from letting it play out to see who maybe could be in cahoots with Russ, but we don't know what the prize might be so maybe it is better to err on the side of caution and make my thoughts known. There's also the fact that he does still seem like the strongest contender for lunatic.
I also must say that these games are serving as a useful distraction for the baddys, instead of us all coming here and discussing what has just happened, we are being distracted by fairground rides and sideshows. It is in the mafias best interests that we don't think too much about what has been happening!
Grim going is bad news, he is vocal and tends to consider what is happening. Right at the end of yesterday he replied to me saying "I thought if Russ was the lunatic he could possibly be safe to ignore' with his thoughts that this could be dangerous. He could be right, with games like this coming up and Russ using them to stop much speculation or, if he is a baddy worse than the lunatic, to distract from what's really going on.
I'm also suspicious of anyone playing the game along with Mr Russ, off the top of my head that's Bobby (although he is more taking the piss I think), Curio and Slightly Green. I'll check back to see if I missed anyone.

I'm playing the game as Russ seems determined to let someone win, so it might as well be me.

I enjoyed my last prize.

DavPaz and GJ also playing. So, Curio, slightly Green, DavPaz and GJ all playing along with the game. slightly Green suggested that it was in no ones interest to post 9. So he brought that to everyones attention which is good, but it could have been a result of a discussion amongst the mafia?
GJ asked if that meant everyone should stop playing, however she did seem to swoop in near the end of a count and post 8 which suggest maybe she was waiting for high numbers to get the 10. Doesn't necessarily mean she's bad, could just be an opportunistic townie, but could also be someone discussing with teammates about swooping in at the right time (would be more substantial if Russ was mafia.)
Curio just seems to be posting numbers and trying to get through the count, as does DavPaz. Could be opportunistic townies again, or mafia trying to rattle through it before everyone else gets here and starts asking questions. If that were the case, then it could mean both were mafia, or even one was and another was an opportunistic townie.
So basically, I suspect everyone who has posted so far :D
Oh and also those who haven't, for being overly quiet. Which reminds me, alarm posted near the end of yesterday to say he hadn't been keeping up but he had ten inutes to read through things and make a decision. He didn't though, not even another post to say he wouldn't be voting, even just to explain he didn't have the time or inclination to decide. So another big for there. In fact, he may be quiet but that was really not helpful, so he might be my top contender to vote for today. I'll wait to hear input from everyone else though.

As far as I can tell, we weren't told what the last prizes were. So Curio and davPaz have both apparently had a prize from day 1 and Alarm has had a punishment.
Also noticed from re-reading (most of) day 1 that Mr Russell and Slightly Green bounced off each other a bit with Slighty Green pushing the 'he's a lunatic' angle and not wanting to vote for him unless he really had to, which he repeated a couple of times.

It's not in the interests of the group to reveal the prize.

Yet.

I am very suspicious of Alarm....but then i have the thought in the back of my mind, what type of punishment could be inflicted in a game like this? Is he under a gag order? or possibly unable to vote for now? not sure, just thinking out loud.

Gilly has a valid point, Russ hasn't confirmed or denied being the lunatic, and i have let my suspicion of him in that role become firmer in my mind, if he isn't then i don't have any idea who else it could be, possible one of the quiet ones as his/her win condition is to get killed.

Russ has claimed being protected by the Doctor, anyone want to refute this?

Russ what is your beef with Joans? Other than being quiet what makes you think he is the serial killer?
