Option 5: Malc is the borg queen and doesn't care who we kill, as long as it isn't him.

Why try to steer us away from Pete then?

Good point.
I have to say, if you look back through Pete's votes, he doesn't seem to be acting like a borg. He certainly votes for them a fair bit. I will dig out details later.
that said, I would have expected malc to make this connection also, and the lack of doing that makes me suspicious.

We've never lynched a borg though, so you don't know if they were borg when he was voting for them. Or something.

I am perhaps leaning towards the Romulan idea, which would perhaps put SG back as the queen, which was a possibility I suggested before. I'm not even sure what's the best thing to do in that situation.

[vote:Nervouspete] It's all I know, and any attempts to second guess anybody have led to hilarious civilian lynches.

okay, yesterday, Pete voted for both craster and gospvg -both borg, they couldn't both have been got overnight.

It is pretty difficult to play this final round when NP has posted once and SG has posted twice. Hell, a dead person has posted as many times as Pete.

okay some thoughts:
If we assume they didn't turn gos last night (a bit silly given the suspicion against him that day) does this tell us anything?
We discounted malc because of the trooper situation, which makes him a likely borg at this juncture. Him and gospvg had a good battle going yesterday, but chances are he was turned last night.
SG and Craster (and TV) didn't finish off gospvg, we know tv and craster's roles.
malc and nervous pete's bandwagon finish yesterday.

I am sure there is more, but my lunch break is over.

I move to get SG and NP modkilled and we lynch malc.

I don't think there's any magical piece of information that's suddenly going to appear, so I think we're stuck with what we've got.
Ideally, we want to hit the queen.
If we miss the queen, we could do with hitting someone from a side that has two people left (if there are two borg or Romulans).

The bandwagon finish, and Malc having no interest in voting for Pete does seem to put them in league, and if they're both Romulan, then that means Malc really did have a part in killing Trooper. On the other hand, if they're both borg, it means Pete was happy to vote for other borg yesterday. Having said that, it doesn't really matter who Pete voted for throughout the day, because in the end we lynched a civilian. None of the borg Pete voted for were the queen, so it would have been a pretty good "I'm not a borg, look who I voted for" tactic.

To be honest, at this stage of the game it might just be a case of which set of bad guys wins, all i can do is try not to get another civilian killed.

Why do I get the feeling it is just you and I playing this Joans? Where are these malfunctioning airlocks when you need them?

I don't do organised very well. :'(

Yeah, sorry about that. As for me, well I'm just reading back right now, trying to work out who the Queen is.

I guess posting 'It isn't me, by the way,' is foolish. But er, yeah. It's not me.

So, Bobby, the decider lies with you.
Pete is a bad guy, but it wouldn't surprise me if SG was the queen.
Problem is, if SG is the queen, and Pete and Malc are both Romulan, they kill one of us overnight and win.
In fact, with it looking like Malc and Pete are on the same side, we probably need to get rid of one of them anyway.
The choice is yours.

But I'm brewing coffee here, coffee for everyone, on the battle bridge.

It's freshly roasted from my secret stock. Don't tell me you don't want some. Would a bad guy brew you coffee? Delicious, unpoisoned, coffee?

Hmm. Now who wouldn't be able to tell the difference between proper human coffee and dodgy machine-replicated coffee...?

Well, Malc wants us to lynch the borg queen, so (and I think we've been through this):
He's a good guy, but he really believes that SG is the queen (or at least that Pete isn't)
He's a Romulan, knows Pete is another Romulan, and therefore can be reasonably sure that SG is the queen
He's a borg and knows Pete is the queen, and would really like it if we'd lynch someone else please if that's ok with you.

I've got no idea any more, I could switch to SG and finish this, maybe that would win the game, maybe it'd lose it. No idea.

After a long debate, the group turn on NervousPete, and he is thrown from the airlock into the bleak emptiness of space. He explodes, and his remains float past the window. Amongst them are a pair of pointy ears and a book on taking over the world.

NervousPete was the Romulan Leader.

Night actions by midday Tuesday, plz.
