Unless my maths is broken, we don't need a night action

Indeed.

I don't have charts! I do everything inside my strange brain. Nice to know I actually do make sense though. Every now and then, one wonders whether it's me or the world that is insane. :D

A-ha! So it could have been deliberate?

Did the mafia kill off Gos anyway in a "sporting" gesture?

That would have been a good solution actually - give the mafia two kills, but one has to be the lynchee. Say they failed the family or something.

I also note that again, we were one short of a vote yesterday, and yet there was no kill

There is no way Sinister, of all people, missed the vote cock up!

I honestly did. I didn't have much time for going over the week like I usually do, so I had to play a few things by ear and did a lot of skim reading. :(

Lace mentioned it in a PM, but I was reading in a rush, so didn't understand what had happened and assumed it was fixed until it was pointed out in the thread.

Ouch. That's pretty damning.

Your logic against me was great, it was only after I was dead and had a bit more time and reread it back that I realised that it wasn't what you said that gave you away, it's what you shied away from saying! :D. In game I just had a feeling, but couldn't really justify it against the onslaught of logic...

That's basically where I was in real danger - I'd been careful not to implicate any of my goon mates, but by the last few days I had to start throwing suspicion on gos and lace, or someone would have picked up on the way I'd completely failed to interact with them or mention them :s

If the other townies had been less timid, I'd have probably gone quite quickly after I went so strongly for you - flis certainly didn't like it!

I wasn't getting at you with my comment by the way. It's just that any information given can be used against you.
Gospvg sent me a message on (public) Twitter referring to being a fellow townie, which I ignored as it's extra info that can be used in-game, regardless of truth or not.

Even just commenting about how excited you are by the current game can be used to gauge WHY eg because you can't wait to see the outcome of your night role etc.

Sorry, won't happen again.
With the meta-data info I think that dawn on me that we should not be using any other info it spoils the enjoyment of the game.

Admittedly it only took me 2 seconds for Gos, as I always read his full name out in my head every time I see his name anyway, it's the only way I can remember how to spell it! :D

Very much so. Even though I went out early, that was the most entertaining game yet. Special mentions to my loyal crew (how the hell did Gos survive?!) and Flis for unparalleled excellence in the face of belmosity. And Davpaz for his unique GM style ;)
