The radio squeals into life, causing you all to cover your ears. Then it settles down and starts talking about a way off the planet. Apparently there is a space-craft on an old military base called 'Anchor Cliff', and you are being urged to join the migration of people heading in that direction.
Mr Dom peeks through one of
Sweet Chariot's portholes. The sign on the ruined fence reads '...or Cliff [newline] facility'.

Okay no kill means that either :

There is a Cylon and they are going to play it cool to try and make it onto the ship
There are no Cylons left.

The ship holds 4 people plus a pilot (we have at least 3 claimed pilots with Lace / Curio / Squirt) however 3 people here in this group cannot get on the ship.

If there is a cylon left they want to get on the ship
The Military need to stop that.
Everyone else just wants not to get voted off.

It is possible that malc is a Cylon, and when my awesome list of scum was published, they realised how stupendously boned they were. they then hatched a cunning plan to pretend that Malc was one, offering up one of their number as a sacrificial lamb to buy Malc the credibility. It did mean they had to seduce-kill Zeppo to prevent accidents on Malc, and by not killing now, it looks like there isn't a cylon left, and what with Malc being so helpful and all, he gets a ride home & cylons win.

So, as it stands:

Military (not going on ):
Curiosity
LaceSensor

Scientists:
kalmar - leaf scientist (95% sure)
Mr Dave - Plant psychologist (100% sure!)
Mr Dom - I'm just awesome I am!
Squirt - PILOT & wheat specialist (95% sure)
zaphod79 - root scientist

Suss:
Malc - ???

So, my money is on Malc for the heave, and we are good to go I think :)

Yeah, thhat was my convoluted thought earlier.

I discounted it at the time, but I suppose the timeout made it more plausible.

Still don't think we have a cylon left, but still got to vote out 3. (Particulary - the one cylon not accounted for is the pilot. and they have stayed well away from any pilots, even when there may've been a tactical advantage)

Kalmar is probably top of my list , despite the talking on day 1 he has been pretty quiet since.

I would say ditto for Squirt , except that Pilot Scientist is a 1-2 role , and he was the only person to claim it - we know we have one so cant see why we would doubt it's squirt (unless someone else wants to come forward and say its them)

Curiosity is a 'known' good person.
LaceSensor I think since we took him right to the end and he caved in with 'just kill me' is almost certainly as he claims.
Malc - I think is probably as he claims and the final investigator (if so who did you investigate yesterday?)
Mr Dom - pushed things enough around the lace vote to make me convinced that we were onto the wrong person , and really tried to highlight where we were going wrong - I dont think he could really be a Cylon but if he is he deserves to win.
Mr Dave - unknown - you've been rather odd , but then you often are :-)

Well I think you are maybe pushing this a bit too far, you picked 3 out of 4 (but is it 4? I wonder if we would be told all the cylons are dead or not? maybe we just have to whittle this down to 4 people and leave?) cylons. And of all the people thats the one which we could work out .... not that great.

My suggestion right now is that we vote for a no-lynch and get Malc to investigate each person in turn - he will either give everyone a clean bill of health (then we vote him off to be sure) - or will point us at the remaining cylon.

If he points at someone , we vote them out and they are *not* the cylon then we can assume that he is the cylon , he kills overnight , we vote him out the next day and still win ?

The negatives on all this are :

1) If there is an unspoken time when we need to be gone from here
2) If he does clear everyone we still need to vote him out to be sure

For the military win condition they dont need to go on the ship , so at the end its the military that i think should be voted out

Not so keen on that idea to be honest,and I now see it's 5 people that need to leave, As a scientist my win condition has me on the ship. It's one that I hope to achieve. Assuming we keep squirt alive The military can stay behind, that means we just need to decide on one more person to stay behind too.

Which i've suggested twice.

If there is a cylon left then you had a chance to spot it last night and missed , you have a chance again tonight.

The Military *need* to get rid of it to win.
The Cylon needs to get on the ship to win.

The Scientists dont really care , the Cylon is not going to kill them , as long as we have a pilot the Scientists get on the ship and fly off (trusting in Pilot Squirt)

The Military (Curio and Lace) should be pushing to discover and get rid of the Cylon if theres one left ?

I'm just going to sort through my root samples to decide which ones i'm taking.

BTW if anyone wants to recall the radio message , I think we need to get out of here 'soon' otherwise there will be other people who want to get on this ship.

I am happy to try a no-vote for a day to give Malc a chance to scan someone else.
I am actually pretty chilled with most people, the only fos I have atm is at Zaphod, who claimed to have commented about being a root scientist earlier in the thread but that post isn't there. Could easily be an honest screwup tho. Kalmar, I am happy with as he was banging on about his leaves from the very start.

But.. even if we spend the time & prove that we are all human, we will still need to pick 1 of us to stay behind.

I did post that i couldnt find that - although its probably been in my preview window and i've went back and changed it

Question for the gods - if we decide that the military plus one scientist stay and 'all' (presumably apart from that one scientist vote for it is that enough to end or do we need to vote out each day?)

If we do need to vote people out then we need 2 nights to get the military out , plus 1 for one of us *however* if there is a cylon left then we vote the military out tonight , they do nothing , we vote out the military the next night they kill and get on the ship (Scientists who live 'win' - Cylons 'win' - Military 'lose').

BTW Military - are you even there ? should you not be taking part in this ? , its your win condition thats on the line and neither of you have posted ?

Why ? , if you are a military pilot right now you want to stop the Cylons - nothing about getting out of here.

Only reason right now i can see for having a military pilot is if Squirt was incapacitated.

(and remember the possible cylon thats left *is* their pilot).

The thing is, from my perspecrive, the only person realistically in doubt is Kalmar. Obviously, I'd love to be investigated and shown innocent, but I'm fairly happy with my conclusions, so don't see why people should listen to me for who should be investigated.
