You wake up slightly before the alarm goes off - other people are starting to stir too.
Craster doesn't wake up. He's surrounded by blood and covered in stab wounds. Craster was a scientist, specifically an Acidity Regulator.
Looking around, you see a dent in the side of Sweet Chariot and some blood on the floor nearby. However, there is no body to be found. A quick head count reveals that the missing person is GazChap, who was also a scientist, specifically, a Meteorologist.

I have suspicions of what is going to happen.

I had a visit from a lady, and was too curious about the reverse cowgirl to investigate anyone (it would have been Zaphod, for what it's worth). I'm amazed the cylons didn't kill me, but I can only assume they followd my suggested plan of leaving me alive to set me up for a lynch today, so they're safe from a lynch.

Very surprised gaz and craster were innocents.

Mr Dave, could you give us a digest of your "hints", because you're a little obtuse for my detective skills.

Also, smart play by the Cylons. They can roleblock Mr Chris as long as they want while they hunt their real threat - the psycho.

There could be another curious scientist though, so while they're roleblocking my brother-in-noseyness can get on with it.

1) Standard scientist (Specifically Plant Psychiatrist... Yes, I am that useful)
2) I got mildly humped on the first night, basically ruling me out of being any kind of bad person if people choose to believe my behumpedness.

Looking back at day 1, the scientists who gave plausible specialisations are:

Me, Kalmar, Squirt, mr Dave, Mr Kissyfur.
Curio was verified by Kissyfur on Day 2 (ok, they could both be Cylons, if so - good game, we're doomed!)

This leaves my shortlist like:

I also notice that this shortlist comprises most of the quiet ones too.

Big FoS to LaceSensor, who on day 1 said 'My specialisation is Avian Parisitology', and on Day 2 said 'I'm a military pilot', oddly after it was pointed out (by Craster) that the pilot roleclaim is impossible to counterclaim... HMMM

Presumably mr Chris and mr Dave are both telling the truth about having a visit as they've had a similar experience. Unless they're in cahoots and making it up.

Presumably it is the truth though unless nobody else claims to have also had a visit? I'm just too unsure to decide whether you're both bad or good, because if you are bad you've been hiding in plain sight very boldly.

What's worrying me is that you (mr Dave) have only brought up being roleblocked now in response to mr Chris saying the same thing.

I agree with Kissy that Lace sounds dodgy. Nothing too much I can put my finger on, other than that convoluted explanation of the science specialisation thing, and the fact that pilot was the perfect role claim role in this game for a baddy (everyone wants to keep them alive and there's a 1-2 count so no-one can call you a liar). Plus it's highly unlikely Kissy is in a convoluted multi-Cylon fake roleclaim scam (very, very high-risk strategy, I think, although it would be awesome), so I'm inclined to go along with him. Those are the people I've vaguely suspected, although I'd be hard pressed to say why exactly. However, I think Zaphod gets a pass because he had some thoroughly sound ideas about seedlings earlier on.

There's not much of mine to "go along with", though. I'm just suss of LS, this is not based on me being investigative or anything. The last sentence of your post sounds like an attempt to have us seen to have been in cahoots when it turns out you're a toaster.

We seem to be missing the number of votes required in the first post , but with 13 people it'll be 7 required for a lynch.

I can see i'm on some peoples FOS list , and I'm a bit suprised i'm not on Mr Dom's "claimed as a scientist at the start list" which i did on the first day (although its probably easy to miss with all the Kovacs wrangling) - as previously claimed I'm a root scientist.

Mr Chris gets a free ride to jigglytime as long as he's around - i wonder if the Cylons used that thinking that its safer to block him thinking the Psycho might take him out and instead they both went for different people.

In case I dont make it though another night I also think we should discuss what happens after 'tonight' as we have the potential for a lot of win conditions to change once the 5th 'innocent' goes.

If we have not offed any Cylons they are still on for their epic win by getting everyone out (but just one Cylon out means they 'win' by getting *any* cylon on the ship)

Once a 5th Innocent is gone the Military switch and want to do away with everything *including* all those 'safe' pilots because they would rather the ship didnt leave



As a scientist as soon as that 5th person is gone I *really* dont give a **** about the rest of you , I just want to live so sod actually trying to help with anything - so as such I dont care who's military / cylon / whatever I just want to get on the ship

Joans is being quiet, but I don't see that as necersarilly suspect as he's always been a quiet one, Lace is acting suspicially, but then he is kinda shifty any way.
