It must be said though, that zaphod's plate of food does look to be glowing green slightly, and there's a whiff of something odd about it. I'd not go stealing his food if I were you, he was obviously a popular boy with the baddies!

Man, that is really annoying about Morte especially since he was in the hotel last night even if he wasn't 'at the wedding'. All he had to do was post once and promise he would post more and I'm sure a couple of those votes for him would have been retracted
bad luck for Zaphod as well although a wee bit of good luck for us in that two people targetted him. I wonder what he'd done to deserve it.

Just looking at the last couple of pages, Zaphod voted for Morte in the end but FOS'd KovacsC and Craster.
I don't remember anyone else pushing for either of those two either so... maybe this is a clue...

Ok, so if no one's going to go down my Mr Russ train of thought, I'm switching my attention to Craster. Zaphod voted for him yesterday, so although it's nowhere near concrete evidence, it's the best I've got to go on.

No, here's my logic: either you or kovacs or both are in the crashers. Zaphod FOSes you (and votes for you) but nobody really picks up on it, it being near the end of the course. You decide to boot him in case he pipes up the next day.

It's obvious and a bit brazen but you're doing well so you can afford to take risks, and people miss the obvious stuff anyway.

And like I said, I figured I had good reasons for doing so. I've not really got much more to say than that, it was an educated guess.

How so? It's not the number of guests we have alive that's an issue, it's the number of bad people.
Losing only one guest is actually worse in a way, as it gives us less chance of randomly hitting a bad one in the lynch.

I'm confused as to the whole Mr Russell business, tho mostly annoyed at Morte for staying silent & wasting a lynch because of it

Anyway, surely we should be looking at all zaphods posts? If the wedding crashers and the serial killer both went for him then he probably mentioned something in his posts and got them riled.

There was never any way Morte had a bad guy role, his fellow bad guys would have badgered him to turn up and say something in his defence; only way he stays that utterly silent is if he is a good guy, hence me not jumping on the bandwagon. *sigh*

The more I think about it, the more I think Craster's bluster is exactly that; he has put forward a lot of theories... me and Gill being in cahoots and putting on a show, followed by the hint later on that if we all followed Grim... in voting for Morte and he turned out to be wrong then that meant Grim... was a bad guy (which really is proof of nothing whatsoever)... he seems to be pushing a lot of different names out there, and since I know that at least one of those names is a guest then I think he actually knows who the guests are, so I am happy to [vote: Craster] today.

We're now at the point in the game where I find most people dodgy though. I could comfortably be persuaded to vote for any of 6 people and not feel bad about it, so your chances of me joining a bandwagon today are much higher than they were yesterday when you all got it hideously hideously wrong.

I would also like to see the guest list.

I'm having a bit of a think about what we stand to lose if Mr Russell reveals the name of his guest. I don't think it's a problem, but that's based on the assumption that the reckless guest and the bride / groom / best man are all just 'guests'.

I'll just add that in addition to Zaphod FOSing Craster a little bit yesterday (which I just notice you have all been discussing), he also had a signature proclaiming that Craster should be lynched. He would have been an excellent target to get rid of if Craster were one of the bad guy roles. It could be a super frame job of course, but 0cc4m's R4z0r people!!!

Ok I have managed to grab 10 minutes on a computer because I have been thinking about this all morning and it's driving me mad.
Yesterday, when I started the day by voting for kalmar, Grim...s reaction was to ask why I was voting for the quiet people. I thought this odd since I had given reasons for my vote quite clearly in my earlier posts. My view now is that he was trying to get me (or even someone else) to start a vote for Morte again.
On page three yesterday he voiced suspicion towards myself and albino because we were talking a lot. OH! I have just realised what Zaphod was doing that was so dangerous! It wasn't who he was voting for, it was the fact he was pointing out that Morte, albino and I weren't being suspicious by talking loads/not talking at all (in Mortes case). He was drawing attention to the fact that the three of us were all acting as we normally act during these types of thing! Obviously he was right about Morte, because he was a guest. I know I'm a guest as well, so he was rihgt about me. Don't know about albino. I bet you any money that's why he was killed.
Ok, so back to my original point before my epiphany there. Grim.. said he was suspicious of albino and I because we were talkiing. As Zaphod said, this is normal behaviour for us so being suspicious as a result of it is rubbish although it makes a good excuse to protest your innocence if we were lynched and proven innocent.
Note Grim... doesn't vote for either of us. Then craster says FOS at me and albino. Grim... immediatly respons saying if he was going with his gut feeling, it would be one of us. AGAIN HE DOESNT VOTE. (because he knows we are innocent and doesn't want to be too closely linked to beginning the lynch if it did happen)
Page 4, Grim... finally explicity says lets go for a quiet one depsite there already being a few names floating about.
Finally Grim... votes for Morte on page 6 after adding literally nothing to the conversation for a couple of pages. He has left the idea and nobody took it so he is forced too.
He then champions the idea until it is complete, although manages to throw in one last suggestion for albino and I again.

I believe Grim... is a bad guy. If people could please imagine for one second that i am good and read this post with that in mind, hopefully you will agree with me.
