Haha! So they either hit Aragorn or Gimli did his super-protect, if we have a Gimli?

[vote:KovacsC] for the same reasons as yesterday. Nobody jumped on to force a lynch, as far as I'm concerned that's prime bad guy sign.

Kovacs is not one for role claims , so yesterday was one of two things

1) He was actually just being honest and is is Boromir , in which case he should be dead by now anyway
2) He was prompted to role claim as Boromir when voted for by his fellow wraiths

I'm happy to vote for him but i don't want the day to be over that quickly - can we get at least get some people talking ?

If the baddies know who Aragorn is then they can just night murder everyone else until they're certain of a lynching majority, right?

There'd be no particular reason to kill him over night though? They'd be better off trying to get a potential Gimli by picking someone else. Of course, they may have tried to kill him and been blocked by an actual Gimli.

1) I still reckon Kovacs was telling the truth.

2) I reckon there's probably 2 baddies (main and/or hunter) hence they didn't have the numbers to jump on bandwagon vote when there were two opportunities available - myself and Kovacs having two votes.

3) OR there were baddies in both votes so, assuming Kovacs IS a goodie for the purpose of this, potential baddies are:

a) Zaphod
b) Cras
c) Grim...

3) Cras insisting on voting for Kovacs off the bat reeks of scummy.

So I'm going to say [vote: Cras] for reasons: a) Trooper thought he was bad; b) He voted for Kovacs yesterday; c) He's voted for Kovacs even though there was no counterclaim; d) He's voted for Kovacs again without any discussion or evidence to show Kovacs is lying; e) come on, he's mostly a baddun right? Probably.

It really needs to end in a lynch this time.

A) This makes no sense. I voted for Kovacs immediately because we were trying to lynch him yesterday but his scummy mates didn't join the vote. Today we're in exactly the same position, so same vote.

B)People pick 0-1 roles to roleclaim deliberately to avoid counterclaims. They're only marginally more believable than a townie roleclaim.

C) Given my immunity appears to no longer be useful, hi. I'm Aragorn. Now lynch Kov please.

Even if I was wrong about you, your next move would be to persuade me, not vote for me. Did you just ignore me saying I'm Aragorn?

If you are Aragorn you are lynching a good guy.
Would strider do that.

I did drop hints on Friday.

You're on three votes. If you were a good guy the bad guys would vote for you right now and immediately win the game. They have not done so. Funny, that.

I'm happy to put the vote in now - but again we have time to talk - is there anything else to cover right now ?

Sat voting for Cras now , and showing up yesterday when called out for not showing up has him as next on my list

No one knew he was Aragon and it's not like he's got any magical powers or knowledge that others don't. He could be wrong about Kovacks just as anyone else. I'll follow him this one time but if he's wrong then don't blame me for jumping on this vote.

Yes he could be wrong but i'm happier to follow someone who is a 'known' good person than some other random person that I cant trust.

Also for anyone else be careful since Kov is now one vote away from being lynched - again if we want to talk anything out this is our chance

I've already said I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, but you're acting like his word is gospel which, I'd suggest, is flawed cause he knows as much as us.

You might as well call it cause there doesn't appear to be anyone around to participate. We can then review things tomorrow when everyone will mysteriously show up.

I think Morte or Squirt are baddies, as they have not joined in with any discussions. I think we will time out again and hand the game to the baddies

Totally broken logic. If you were a good guy and they were bad guys they would just vote for you right now and WIN THE GAME.

*note by bad guys I mean wraiths here. I'm sort of ignoring Saruman's army, if they exist.

The only reason i've not put the final vote in for you is because there are people who have not participated - its not going to time out (unless others change their vote).

I agree that it does not look like this is doing us any good so i'll give it a little while longer and then vote for Kov

"You do not simply lynch Boromir!" screams KovacsC, but that is indeed what you do.

KovacsC was Boromir

"Oh" says Craster, who was indeed Aragorn.

He turns to see Zaphod79 on the ground, his neck snapped, the One Ring of Power on the ground next to him.

zaphod79 was Frodo

Cras stumbles over two more bodies. Squirt and applepieofdoom.

Squirt was a Gondorian.

Applepieofdoom was a member of Saruman's Army
.

Grim... attacks! His swords clash with those of Cras.

Grim... was the Ringwraith Soldier

Cras fights him off well. He is getting the upper hand, but then Morte attacks too! It's always the quiet ones...

Morte was the Ringwraith Hunter

Still, Cras is Aragorn dammit, and he can take two Ringwraiths.

Apart from there are three, and the leader quietly sneaks up from behind and slices Cras's throat.

Saturnalian was the Ringwraith Leader

The Ringwraiths have won! Sauron is Lord of Middle Earth!

It was 3 baddies, 3 goodies, and a cult recruit at the end of the day.

ASSUMING the baddies killed anyone except Aragorn overnight there was no way for the goodies to then reach a majority lynch, so it would have gone to another night phase, etc. etc.
