The town are pretty fucked already, but there are options open to them (and as a teaser, although one of you may be dead right now, that's not to say you will stay that way forever! Depends if that option actually happens).
Most likely situation is that it becomes a fight between the SK and the mafia as to who can hit their win condition first at this point. The random allegiance allocation really fucked the town over

Bobby surviving the noose is probably the turning point for the game - I could have just stayed quiet and made it through another day :-(

there was an interesting turn of events that blocked the mafia kill too! Which was your fault, by the way

The random gods blessed the mafia at the start of the game, and really kicked them in the balls at the end of yesterday and overnight...

And it doesn't look like the Mafia can work out whats going on either - I assume :

SK (plus others) targeted me.
My 'have a random night effect target them' gave the SK a nice 321 bonus which prevented other actions hitting them.

I didn't realise that when I outed her as the SK I also outed the Mafia (anyone that wasn't a confirmed townie or the SK).
