You're just trying to 'align' yourself with someone that's been proved to be a good guy.

But you just trying to raise doubt on Bobby ?

The fact that 4781n0 decided you were bad was just what he read into things as a ghost he had no more intuition about this than anyone else - however if you were offed and were 'bad' then he may feel vindicated

Anyway - we need to decide what we're doing here - although i was unsure yesterday a no-lynch today is a very bad move so we need some reasons to vote for people :

Night Three - Earning their keep
VOTE UPDATE

craster: 1 (Bobbyaro)
joans: 1 (myp)

Not voted: 14 (cpt_droman, craster, gazchap, joans, kalmar, kovacsc, malc, mimi, mr chris, mr dave, mr dom, mr russell, runcle, zaphod79)

With 16 players alive, 9 votes are required for a lynch, and 12 nolynch votes are required to not lynch anybody.

If Slimer's roleblock failed would he get a message to say so?

If he did then it would have made sense for him to switch. It also means that the ghostbusters didn't act on night 1 though.

Why does Bobby feel pained to say that he agrees with 999whitey? Because there's not really much of a reason to suspect Craster other than the thin reasons that could be levelled at everyone, really?

I'm certainly suspicious of Craster, but there are a lot of quiet people about too and they're just as suspicious IMO.

You'd have to wait for Grim... to confirm it, but can a roleblock really "fail"? I think it's unlikely they'd get a message if the person they targetted didn't have a role as that would be giving them too much information, that would be like Vigo Lite, with the added benefit of being able to stop people doing things.

I have to admit, I'm at a loss. If 4181n0324 had turned out evil, I'd have immediately gone on a Rev lynching mission. I think I may have been barking up the wrong tree a bit. Tempted to go for the usual fallback of bothering quiet people. But if so, which one to go for? It's not like there's a lack of quiet people.

I'll stop bothering Kalmar anyway. I'm fairly satisfied there.

Mainly as I thought Kalmar, The Rev and Albino were in cahoots.

The language is key. It's not "I think Kalmar is innocent", it's more that I'd rather pursue other lines of investigation as I was quite off mark with that one. Frothing about too many people is deletetious to your health, you know.

Day two.

kalmar: 1 (Mr Chris)

Mmm, I can't see that tells us much aside from who likes to join the majority vote and who doesn't.

Which group would you expect the bad guys to be lurking in?

And naturally, you'd expect them to be covering both groups. No pattern is harder to find.

Grim... - can you clarify something?

If Slimer roleblocks someone, does he have any idea if his roleblock 'worked'.

What I mean is, if he roleblocks a GB, does he get told that a GB has been successfully roleblocked, or does he only surmise this from the inactivity of the GBs the next day?

So, does he get a message saying 'thanks for saying you want to roleblock _________' or a message that says 'thanks, you have successfully blocked the night action of ____________' (or, if there is no night action 'thanks, but that person has no night action to block')?

In the past, I didn't get a message when I successfully roleblocked. I just got to see Myps angry face later.

I'm pretty sure Slimer will receive no information to confirm or deny if their actions have been successful.

The posted votes are the 'final' ones not for the people who voted and switched and voted again , and i'm interested to see if there is any pattern in that lot.

About all we have to go on right now is past voting patterns , the goodies have only taken one action that we're aware of so far (offing the rev) , why did they do that , what makes them think he was a good target , was he onto something / anything ?

You know I'm thinkng it is more and more likely that the GBs did nothing on night 1 so that Slimer blocked the same person twice achieving nothing.

However I think it timed them out rather than them being devious. For me, this sits easier than Slimer being an utter tool.

In news of my own suspicions [vote:GazChap] as he is making my suspicion meter twitch. His first post of today seemed to be him trying to distance himself from the events of the night, but almost as if he was trying too hard. Does that make sense?

Okay votes from day 1 and 2 below , I've put a * next to those voted for we know are ghosts , not sure what this tells us (if anything) however just going back and reading only the vote threads there is some pushing and shoving at times , I also wonder if the GB's were not blocked on the first night are they then the ones which would actually vote for a no-lynch ?

Despite all his shouting I'm not sure if possibly a781n0 was actually onto something with Craster so right now my vote goes with him [vote:craster]

Day one he voted for Runcle , Kalmar and Curiosity
Day two he attracted some early votes from Rev Owen and Albino kid (who are both now gone) , a slightly later one from Myp , then he joined in the rush at the end.

On the other side despite doing some things that look out of place at the start I'm more trusting right now of Kalmar for the way he tried to stop things rushing over at the end of day one (even though that nolynch vote on day 2 looks a little out of place)

Day one votes :

Myp -> Albinokid*
Runcle -> Albinokid*
Craster -> Runcle
Curiosity -> Rev Owen*
Kovacsc -> Albinokid*
Kalmar -> Kovacsc

Well it just does. You were tingling yesterday as well for me but I dismissed it because I've been wrong about you in the past when I thought you were dodgy. You're a very canny player which is why I emphasised that this was only based on suspicions.

Still, you did vote for both Curiosity and Th3A7bIn0 kid

As did a large number of other people. You yourself voted for Curiosity.

Perhaps yesterday you voted for a nolynch because you knew that a nolynch would never gain enough ground to actually happen, and wanted to be excluded from this group of people who voted for both, hmm?

Your right - you didnt vote for Kalmar , I apologise - however rather than point that out its just 'i didnt thats making stuff up'

At the time i posted that last night i had just spent a long time trawling through the previous threads - and the voting lists i had put below have (as far as i'm aware) the correct votes for the correct people.

Can you tell me what else has been "made up" in the game then ?

When he roleblocks is he told who his target was?

No. Roleblockers are never told anything - otherwise they'd be a free extra investigator, innit?

The entirety of Alluv1alS1lt's frothing accusations on day 2, that he repeatedly refused to find a single quote to back up.

As an aside, we've only got 2 and a half hours left, today.

Yep, we need to nail somebody and soon. You seem as good a choice as anyone, seeing as how defensive you're being.

Good point , and we need to do something now :

Night Three - Earning their keep
VOTE UPDATE

craster: 3 (myp, Bobbyaro, zaphod79)

Not voted: 13 (cpt_droman, craster, gazchap, joans, kalmar, kovacsc, malc, mimi, mr chris, mr dave, mr dom, mr russell, runcle)

With 16 players alive, 9 votes are required for a lynch, and 12 nolynch votes are required to not lynch anybody.

Your 'top' of the list right now - however only 3 votes - what do any of the other ghosties think , yesterday didnt time out which ultimatly was a good thing but we cant just wait for things again today - the GB's will 'probaby' off one of us tonight and the Keymaster/Gatekeeper get another go at releasing Mr Stay Puff

Anyone look out of place ?

I'm not 100% sure about lynching Craster, but he certainly has seemed to be extraordinarily defensive for a simple ghost.

Mind you, I'm now suspicious of Mr Russell too - not because he voted for me, but more because he voted for me and then unvoted when I asked him if he was keen to not appear in the group of people who voted for both lynchees so far. More so, he unvoted without stating a reason.

Having said that, Craster is still hovering around closer to the top of my suspicion list, so [vote:Craster]

Meh - once you start responding to accusations, there's very little else you can then carry on doing.

Okay we'd need 4 more to off Craster , is there anyone else who we can look at as a valid target here ?

So Craster, why shouldn't we lynch you?

No. Roleblockers are never told anything - otherwise they'd be a free extra investigator, innit?

That's what I thought - therefore Slimer has no idea if who he roleblocked in night one was a GB or not, and so it's a bit daft to say he'd continue to RB the same person.

I have a feeling the GBs just sat back and watched last night, so I'll expect some activity tonight.

They clearly didn't, because The Rev Owen copped it.

We've discussed this in quite a bit of detail today already, have you not read the thread properly or are you trying to muddy the waters a bit?

Ah, god, thinking of night before. My brain's a day behind.

Frankly, I'm finding the game horrifically confusing, and haven't really spotted anything consistently wrong with the more regular posters. Then we have quiet people - Mimi who pops in occasionally to tell us she hasn't a clue. Joans, who is always a bit on the quiet side. Droman, first time, but almost wallpaperesque in his notability. Mr Dom who is quiet, here and elsewhere. Malc, who again is usually quiet unless riled.

Unusually by this point, I haven't spotted anyone I consider safe, which really isn't helping matters at all.
