I agree. I was playing as a townie and hoped we'd manage to lynch a few of them, but the luck was against us. I was really sure about Mr Dom too, arses.

It could easily go any way at this point. Which surprises me, to be honest.

Sir Morté has been exceptionally quiet after I stopped pushing him. The dirty skunk rapist.

"Kalmar may have turned over his info to the rebels so could actually still 'win' since his win condition would now be rebel."

Mmm.

"I assume from the description that the muckraker got Runcle which means they have won already"

Erm.

I'd guess Zaphod and Chris for rebels. But as demonstrated, my guessing hasn't been very good this game.

I'm not convinced she's said anything there - what do you think she's revealed?

She just seems to be taking for granted that knowledge has been passed to one side or the other, but that hasn't been stated. I.e., acknowledging she's received it. That might look suspicious to the other side (or I might be reading too much into it)

If it's close, I'd be tempted to put in a vote, and then watch the reaction, and be prepared to withdraw it very quickly so that the reaction has some time to be figured out.

I thought we'd fallen for that trick in the first game.

That was terrible!

SDG tried to get a run going against morte failed so went for malc, Pliss said Malc is bad - was told he couldn't be, backed down then voted!

SDG and Plissken for bad guys.

Not bad, just quiet.

Given the town is at a disadvantage when things are quiet, and given the nature of day 1, I was always going to hound one of the more quiet people there, because even if it is a poor result - which is always likely - it means the game is less likely to slow down later.

By day 2, things could be entirely different.

It's odd, because I've only been a wrong un once before.

We were going to off Plissken two nights ago, but went for Runcers instead. Shoot. That's the mistake that lost us the game, I think.

After such a run of 'seemingly' nothing, that's what will decide the game, in the end.

Incidentally, I always get abuse when I argue that the 'Town' want to keep the 'SK' alive early on (hence my SK roleclaim). This game is a perfect example of that. The Party Faithful consistently voted out their own (to be fair, they had (probably) zero investigative roles), and the Muckraker was the only person to hit rebels at all. Had they lynched the 'SK' earlier then the rebels would have won a lot easier.

You got abuse because you were lying your tits off. I was arguing against the strategy not because it's a bad strategy, but because I knew you were a lying arse.

Fuck me this game has been annoying. Mainly because people have just sat there and said nothing. Either join in or fuck off.

I was going to hit Runcle all of day 3, Runcle, Runcle, Runcle, Runcle. At the last minute, I chose Kalmar.

And damn you lots who hinted at being the Journo... they was first on my list to get wiped out.

Zaphod can change his vote now he has been whipped, surely?

We got no info, dude. You "died" before you could give us anything.

On the other hand, thanks to Morte's move we've won! Go us!

Hang on - yes we did. You told us Dave was a goodie and Runcle was party leader, but that came *after* we'd submitted our night option for that night and gone for runckers.

No - but as I hadn't published the order of night events, I made a judgement call on what should happen.
