I think today will kick off in a while. I'd certainly expect it to, but at the moment there are a few people who haven't posted yet.

It's extremely entertaining to watch it all going on, knowing who is bluffing, who is being sensible and who is being a fool.

I agree - just looks too much like he's playing a role. Or just trying his best - in a possibly over excited 'new' way - to throw people off the scent.

We'll have to discuss it on the next game or something as I think GJ and Joans may tell each other aswell if they are getting votes/being preyed upon. I'd literally got in and he said, 'Kat-check scum, you've been away and people haven't bothered to read your many messages about being away today!' so I did. That was basically it.

Yes, I consider that exactly the same as PMing without being part of those groups.

I'd have modkilled him on the spot for it if this had been the game malc and I were planning. I'm sure he didn't mean it as such but then neither did Craster when he accidentally found out the cult members by PMing when he shouldn't.

It's a shame I got killed really, the mafia game plan was perfect, you'll only work out who the other mafia are by dumb luck I'm afraid. One more day of recruiting and I think we'd have been unstoppable.

Well its going to get interesting now - theres an alien killing role out there :-)

Pity my side of the game is over , first time i've had a role and it does change things quite a bit.

BTW my strategy if Scully was gone was going to be a role claim and announce what we found out to get the info out to the town.

With me gone Scully is better trying to survive as long as possible and off the aliens while she can.

Yeah - my role was going to be a bit awkward the longer the game went on because i was tied to another player who i didn't know.

Those speculating in here and in the game are missing one vital bit of info which i wont confirm but will bring to peoples attention here.

The FBI had 3 nights of investigation
We *may* have already turned up aliens
So if we have Scully can re-visit them tonight and they are mush !

Although i would be encouraging people not to rush things too much - it would be good to have today 'finished' with an alien kill and get through another night turn today.

Thing to remember is there could be 2 mafia out there even if the 2nd isnt a killing role (only 1 mafia death last night) so they could have a roleblocker or a protector/doc character.

They are not out of the game yet - and with no cop its going to be difficult for the town to find them.

It'll be interesting to see where the kills fall tonight. It's altogether possible that the Mafia and Aliens will both go for a roleclaimed Mannequin Artist, and also possible both will leave him alive as:

1) They could assume the other will do him in
2) He's just as likely (well, probably not statistically, but you know what I mean) to protect them as he is to protect Scully

Also, can Scully find an alien?

You're right, it does. The other option, of course, is that the BA told Grim... about someone on night 1 or 2, and then Grim... was recruited into the Mafia.

1 x Alien kill
1 x mafia kill
possibly 1xmanaquinn maker protect
possibly 1xmafia block or protect

So potential of 3 dead bodies in the morning

And Grim... got a bit carried away with the roleclaim - pointing out that he'd already protected himself and then been told he couldn't again. Well, that invites the hit, doesn't it?

Assuming the mafia were still a force the aliens were the thread, we'd be going after them, not a random protectron.

I agree that Grim... got carried away - after him showing everyone he's "just a townie" by having a legitimate BA vision i dont see why he's any more of a target than anyone else

The one positive is that I think both the aliens and the mafia will kill him tonight so it 'saves' one other person because its likely they would have targeted other people.

Actually if I was alive with a mafia bodyguard it'd be fun to protect him just for laughs.

And it'd so get him lynched instead of one of ma boys the next day.

Thing is his info turned out to be correct - so it wouldnt equate to a lynch - people might just think that the Mafia and Aliens both thought they other was getting him

That would be a *very* risky strategy , offering up 1 point of a lead to make someone more seem human , and the problem is after outing himself as the mannequin maker the mafia will be targetting him.

Nah - i think we'll get to the morning and find one dead Grim... possibly stuffed inside a mannequin

I know - in the same way i'm not going to contact Scully either - I find the games on here fascinating but the nights really drag , and even if the results came in now i'm not sure it would be a good choice to start the next day.
